无机非金属材料本科毕业生就业跟踪调查分析

无机非金属材料本科毕业生数量大幅度上升,而企业招聘人数越来越少,日益激烈的竞争压力使得大学生面临越来越严峻的就业形势。而无机本科毕业生的就业形势和已就业学生的发展情况是本文研究的焦点,所以以e-mail邮件、电话调查和走访的方式对洛阳理工学院无机毕业生及其就业单位进行就业跟踪调查。就这次调查研究的基本情况和统计结果进行分析,目的是了解该校的专业教育、就业指导等与毕业生就业和岗位发展的关系,为该校改进教学方法和调整就业指导策略提供决策数据。     

研究生就业观的调查与思考——以西安电子科技大学为例

研究生就业竞争日趋激烈,就业工作面临严峻挑战。就业观是研究生就业的基本导向。调研发现研究生在择业过程中心态积极、地域选择理性、单位选择多元、薪资期望偏高、个人主义倾向严重,同时创业意识淡薄,期望深入有效的就业指导。因此,就业工作中应进一步通过思想政治教育、精细化的就业指导服务、开设创新创业教育和做好信息服务体系建设,帮助研究生树立高远的职业理想、建立合理的就业期望、搭建良好的就业平台,提升研究生就业满意度。

在当今大学生就业市场供大于求的背景下，求职技巧在就业者的求职过程中往往起到非常重要的作用．有时甚至决定一个人就业的成败，应届毕业生必须充分认识到求职技巧的重要性，并从求职准备、求职面试、求职心理调适等方面接受专业的就业指导和做好相关训练工作。     

大学生与从业人员心理素质模型比较调查及有效训练模式--以市场营销专业为例

为了避免大学毕业生由于职业压力过大而放弃专业学习或无法发挥最佳职业水平的问题，对受试市场营销专业在校生进行了分组对照研究，使用SPSS17.0软件对陈湘赟的专题调查问卷数据进行T检验分析，发现在校生与从业人员心理素质存在4个方面显著性差异。针对调查结果，提出了“教、学、做合一”的强化训练及对比分析方法，最终形成考核体系。     

Hospitality Programs in Korean Graduate Schools

ABSTRACT

This study compared student, academy, and industry views of graduate school-level curriculum issues in hospitality programs. Research findings revealed that with regard to reasons for student's entry into graduate programs, the academy placed higher importance on raising the academic background through the obtaining of a master's degree than did students and industry groups while students put higher emphasis on networking with industry people than the other two groups. However, students expressed less interest in the “benefit of promotion in the workplace” variable than did the other two groups. With respect to competencies needed by graduate students, industry placed higher importance on leadership, company loyalty, and service-mindedness than did the other two groups. This study concludes with a discussion of the implications of these findings for graduate curriculum development.     

Communication skills in accounting education: Perceptions of academics,employers and graduate accountants

Communication skills are central to intellectual interaction between the providers and the recipients of information. The importance of accounting starts with the gathering and processing of information and ends with the communication of processed information. This paper examines the communication skills which employers, academics and graduate accountants consider necessary to the newly graduated accountant. It also identifies and considers the differences in perception which occur between these groups and suggests solutions to the communication gap. This study confirms findings from previous research that new graduate accountants experience communication-related problems in early employment. In addition, it provides evidence that the Australian accounting curriculum has contributed to the development of communication skills. However, the paper highlights the need for the reconsideration of an emphasis on communication skills in the accounting curriculum, a role which arises from the very nature of accounting as the processing and communication of information.
