基于乡村振兴战略的湖南省乡村治理体系研究

［目的］乡村治理有效作为实施乡村振兴战略的五大战略总要求之一和重要组成部分，对其进行分析有利于完善农村现代化建设以及促进乡村振兴战略的实施。［方法］文章以湖南省为例，采用问卷调查法和Logistic回归模型法对乡村治理体系进行分析，探讨影响区域乡村治理体系的主要因素。［结果］被调查农户的年龄主要集中在30~60岁，年收入主要集中在1万元以上。进而结合Logistic回归模型可知：社区生活组织、村规民约、农村养老服务设施、留守儿童之家、集中性治丧场所以及村务公开等6个变量对乡村治理体系的开展实施正向显著影响，而年龄对乡村治理体系的开展负向影响。［结论］基于乡村振兴战略发展乡村治理体系主要在于创新乡村治理体系，通过分析影响湖南省乡村治理体系的因素，为乡村有效治理提供参考意见，同时充分发挥乡村治理功能实现乡村振兴战略的全面实施。     

大学生创业的法律风险及其防控

大学生作为一类特殊的群体,由于自身经验以及知识的局限性,在创业过程中容易遇到各种风险,其中法律风险的是最棘手的。基于问卷调查的数据,分析了大学生创业的特点、现状以及创业过程中潜在的法律风险,并联系实际从高校法律教育角度及学生个人角度,提出了防控大学生创业法律风险的措施。     

Measurement of patient-reported outcomes. 1: The search for the Holy Grail

Abstract

Patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs) are used to collect information directly from patients. They may cover several different types of outcomes ranging from symptoms, functioning, utility, satisfaction, through to quality-of-life (QoL). They generally consist of self-completed questionnaires that can be administered by means of hard copies or in a range of electronic formats. PROMs vary considerably in terms of the constructs they assess, the care with which they are developed, and their scientific quality. However, none of the PROMs available approach the quality of measurement achieved by measures/instruments used in physics. PROs are examples of latent variables. These are not directly observable, but can be inferred from, for example, responses to a questionnaire. The only measure of a latent variable that approaches the quality of measurement achieved by the physical sciences is the Lexile Framework for Reading. This framework is based on a construct theory that grew out of an analysis of several available reading measures. A specification equation was generated that was able to link the construct theory to scores obtained with the Lexile measure. A fundamental requirement of this quality of measurement is that the data collected with the model fit Rasch Measurement Theory (RMT). It is argued that PROM developers should aspire to match this level of measurement sophistication if their instruments are to provide valid insights into the impacts of disease and its treatment.

作为整个培养方案中重要组成部分的毕业论文正经历着质量滑坡的严峻形势,特别是经济类专业则面临着更大挑战。论文依据一项问卷调查的统计结果做出了相应分析,提出了旨在提升经济类本科毕业论文总体质量的方向和方法。     

Risks Matrixes Risks Assessment Tools of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises： The Case of Latvia

The enterprises need to assess the risk dynamic of financial instability and its impact on small and medium-sized enterprises＇ development, because it is important for enterprises to extend commercial activity and to open a new structural subdivision. We have researched types of risks, their identification, classification, and assessment possibilities in activities of small and medium-sized enterprises. We have used our own algorithm of identification, classification, and assessment of enterprises＇ risks. The goal of this research is to study the economic and financial risks＇ impact on small and medium-sized enterprises＇ development in Latvia. For study purpose, we have carried out the questionnaire of representative small and medium-sized enterprises about the economic and financial risks＇ impact on enterprises＇ development in Latvia. We have created classification of Latvian services sectors＇ economic and financial risks in the period from 2011 to 2012. Those risks have been included in the questionnaire. The risks matrix is a quantitative assessment tool of risks. We have created Latvian service sector economic and financial risks matrix. We have arranged risks by their sizes of possible losses for enterprises. For each risk has been assessed its probability of realization. We have created Latvian accommodations （hotel） and food services technological process risks map. Several parts of the risk map （segments） make it possible to assess each type of the risk separately in its segment. Risks matrix can be used to choose enterprises＇ strategy of risk management. Enterprise＇s strategy of risk management is developed by analysing zones of risk level.     

让高校创业孵化园成为大学生成功创业的助推器——基于在常州本科高校大学生创业现状的调查分析

依托大学生创新创业训练计划项目,对大学生创业现状进行调查,以期高校政府协作建设好大学生创业孵化园,让有创业意愿、优质创业项目的大学生进驻高校创业孵化园,通过孵化园良好的政策支持、场地优惠、环境氛围、资金筹措、技术指导、管理服务等助推大学生创业成功。     

高职院校辅导员胜任力问卷的编制及应用

本研究对高职院校辅导员胜任力理论模型通过问卷的方式进行验证。在问卷初测的基础上进行数理分析,探索性因子分析以及信度和效度检验的结果表明:编制的高职院校辅导员胜任力问卷可以作为测评高职院校辅导员能否胜任的测评与选拔工具。     

农村联建筹资来源问题问卷调查

对部分省份农民家庭进行了实地调查问卷,分析了在新农村联建中遇到的主要困难、住房情况、日常开支变化、文化习俗以及联建后的生活来源,并对联建的主要筹资来源进行了调查,得出了农民认为新房房价超出自己的接受范围且新民居样式差强人意、农民的日常开支增大、文化习俗受到影响、养老负担较重的结果。     

基于IFAHP的房地产企业投资风险评价

房地产企业投资是一个高风险行业,为避免投资失误,提高决策水平,进行房地产企业投资风险评价具有一定的理论和实践意义。针对房地产企业投资风险的复杂性和不确定性,在借鉴近期国内有关房地产企业投资风险相关研究和分析基础上,利用问卷调查法对投资风险因素进行了识别,构建了风险评价指标体系,并采用改进模糊层次分析法对风险指标体系进行了评价分析,从理论上找出影响房地产企业投资的关键风险因素,为房地产企业投资风险评价提供了较为合理的参考依据,使投资决策更为科学。     

农村居家养老服务的需求强度与需求弹性——基于浙江农村老年人问卷调查的研究

在农村地区发展居家养老服务面临严格的预算约束,不同居家养老项目的实施应有先后次序。一般来说,老年人对不同居家养老项目的需求强度、迫切性和不可或缺性存在差异,这个差异即为需求弹性,基于浙江老年人的问卷调查的实证研究证明了居家养老项目需求弹性的客观存在,根据弹性居家养老项目分为四类,对各类项目可确定轻重缓急不同的工作策略。
