别让IT运维成为中小企业迈向国际化的“包袱”

随着中国改革开放的不断深入,中国加入WTO,国内中小企业如雨后春笋般的发展起来,甚至已经将公司开到了国外,为新中国的经济腾飞做出了不可磨灭的贡献,期间IT系统在规范管理、提升工作效率方面起到了应用的作用。但随着企业规模的不断扩大,分公司越来越多,地域间隔越来越远,IT系统运维正变得空前困难。鉴于此,本文将着重介绍如何利用新技术降低IT运维成本,提升运维效率。     

A Brief Survey of Modern Optimization for Statisticians

Modern computational statistics is turning more and more to high‐dimensional optimization to handle the deluge of big data. Once a model is formulated, its parameters can be estimated by optimization. Because model parsimony is important, models routinely include non‐differentiable penalty terms such as the lasso. This sober reality complicates minimization and maximization. Our broad survey stresses a few important principles in algorithm design. Rather than view these principles in isolation, it is more productive to mix and match them. A few well‐chosen examples illustrate this point. Algorithm derivation is also emphasized, and theory is downplayed, particularly the abstractions of the convex calculus. Thus, our survey should be useful and accessible to a broad audience.     

Conditions and intervention strategies for the deliberate acceleration of socio-technical transitions: lessons from a comparative multi-level analysis of two historical case studies in Dutch and Danish heating

ABSTRACT

Policy-oriented transition frameworks such as Strategic Niche Management, Transition Management, and Technological Innovation Systems offer limited analytical traction on deliberately accelerated socio-technical transitions. Using the Multi-Level Perspective as guiding framework, we therefore inductively explore the political acceleration of socio-technical transitions by investigating two deliberately accelerated heating transitions: the transition from coal and oil to natural gas in the Netherlands (1948–1973), and the transition from oil to district heating in Denmark (1945–1990), to draw lessons about the conditions and intervention strategies that facilitate rapid socio-technical change. We find that both cases were characterised by weakened regimes, stabilised niche-innovations, focusing events, and consensus between policymakers and business actors. User resistance was also low in both cases, partly because of public policies. Different focusing events in each case produced problem-driven versus opportunity-driven transition pathways; the former destabilised existing regimes but generated future-oriented uncertainty, while the latter facilitated rapid closure.

物流业的发展能有效降低整个社会的商品流通成本,通过提高经济效率来加速经济发展。利用1995～2009年的省级面板数据,研究了东部地区物流业发展对经济发展的加速效应。研究得出,物流业发展对东部地区经济的发展具有一定的加速效应,而主要的路径是促进产业结构的升级、优化吸引外资的环境和提升制造企业的竞争力等。     

涨跌停限制磁性效应加速特征研究——基于中国A股市场高频交易数据挖掘

本文选取中国A股市场1003只股票作为研究对象，运用二次函数模型，通过对考察期内高频数据的挖掘，从收益率和交易量两个层面，分析股票涨跌停前30分钟磁性效应的加速度、加速拐点和加速持续期三个特征。研究发现，收益率和交易量涨跌停前的磁性加速现象显著存在；犬盘股涨停前收益率的加速度与跌停前加速度对称，小盘股收益率涨停前加速度大于跌停前加速度，并且两加速度均大于大盘股；上午涨跌停收益率磁性加速度大于下午涨跌停；上涨过程交易量磁性加速度大于下跌过程；收益率的拐点和加速持续期在同一过程中与交易量的拐点和加速持续期基本一致。

International projects proposal analysis: Risk assessment using radial maps

International projects are very attractive to companies seeking to expand their business horizons, and collaborative networks of international partners have created new work environments that differ from the conventional business structures of the past. This study provides scholarly research into the risks that inherently affect an international project's success and provides insight into the effective measures that project managers may employ to assist in analyzing and mitigating these multinational risks during the bid and proposal process. A new method of radial risk mapping assists management in graphing their risk findings to aid in their proposal analysis. These graphical representations provide firms seeking international markets with a method for selecting those projects with the least risk, thereby increasing their chances of success and maximum profit.     

基于超低功耗单片机控制的物流运输状态检测系统的设计

为了解决精密仪器或易碎货物在运输过程中发生跌落冲击造成损伤或破碎以及由于包装不合理等原因导致对外界敏感仪器损坏的问题,设计了基于超低功耗单片机MSP430为核心的物流安全记录仪对整个运输过程进行实时监控。该系统利用美国ADI公司生产的三轴加速度传感器对运输过程中冲击事件进行实时采集捕获,采用瑞士SENSIRION公司生产的温湿度传感器对当前货物外部环境进行检测。     

Price expectations, capital accumulation and employment: Lindahl's macroeconomics from the 1920s to the 1950s

Erik Lindahl's approach to macroeconomics focused on the non-neutralityof monetary policy (in the short and the long run) and on thedenial of the existence of natural rates of interest and unemployment.From the 1920s until his death in 1960, Lindahl advocated theuse of norms for monetary policy to fight inflation and deflationprecisely because he would not rely on the market system's returnto natural rates. Making use of hitherto unexplored material,this paper analyses the development of Lindahl's thinking aboutprice level changes, investment and employment from the 1920sto the 1950s.
