为探讨知识流通对科技型小微企业创新绩效的影响以及组织学习能力对其影响的调节效果,文章首先对知识流通和学习能力的相关研究文献进行了综述,设计了知识流量、创新绩效、知识专精度、组织学习能力等变量的量表,在此基础上,对科技企业孵化器中的237家在孵科技型小微企业进行了实证研究。研究结果显示,在孵科技型小微企业所能获得的知识流量越大,且知识专精度越高,越能提升企业的创新绩效;组织学习能力对于企业知识流通与创新绩效中的组织绩效和战略绩效具有正向的调节作用;建议科技企业孵化器应充分利用所掌握的资源与知识,以提升两者之间的知识流通。 相似文献

Watersheds throughout the world have been severely polluted by nutrient-laden runoff that comes from industrial, agricultural, and residential sources. Efforts to reduce this runoff have focused on industrial and agricultural sources, while little attention has been paid to encouraging residents to reduce runoff from their properties. To study residents’ willingness to adopt landscaping practices that reduce runoff, we conducted a field experiment in the Delaware River watershed. In the experiment, over three hundred adults participated in a series of random-price auctions that revealed their willingness to pay (WTP) for five products that reduce nutrient runoff. To study how WTP can be influenced by attributes of the choice architecture, we randomized the starting bid values (anchors) and the way in which the external benefits of the five practices were framed. Compared to a neutral framing, a positive framing (using the product can improve water quality) increased average WTP by about one-third, while the estimated effect of a negative framing (failing to use the product can worsen water quality) was also positive, but smaller and not statistically different from zero. The estimated effect on average WTP from the anchor depends on how bids of $0 are modeled, but the results imply that higher anchors lead to higher WTP. Although we believe the magnitudes of our results should be considered suggestive and we recommend replications with higher statistical power, the results add to the evidence base that environmental programs can achieve policy-relevant gains in program performance through a series of small changes to the decision environment. 相似文献

企业非核心业务外包是当前的热门话题,但企业在进行决策时应该首先分析该业务是否适合外包.本文从企业外包决策的影响因素入手,分析了自主管理模式和外包模式各自的利弊,并根据经济因素、战略因素、环境因素和组织因素进行归纳分类.同时,从经济、战略和组织角度对两种模式进行直观比较,由此得出结论:外包不是唯一选择,即使决策外包,也需要进一步进行外包程度的分析.企业应当根据实际情况理性选择业务经营模式,并做出适合企业健康发展的决策. 相似文献

This paper investigates the dynamics of breaking out in the Arab manufacturing business sector in Israel. Based on an ethnographic study and in-depth interviews, this paper develops a three-tier model delineating those characteristics that shape the entrepreneurs' response to structural constraints and their respective mode of operation in the context of resource disadvantage. The model demonstrates that the limited break out of ethnic entrepreneurs signifies selective access to the majority market. Through the model, the paper develops a comprehensive conceptual framework that incorporates two different sets of constraints stemming from the nature of the larger market and institutional setting and community characteristics. The limited breaking out can be explained largely by the dynamics of the interrelations among the institutional environment, the local resources, and the entrepreneurs' characteristics. This implies a Janus-face perspective of breaking out, in which the Arab entrepreneurs tend to use their resources both for the maintenance of their local market and for catering to special segments in the majority market that seek relatively cheap prices or specialized products. The paper concludes that the limited breaking out reflects institutional processes that militate against the minority's ability to fully integrate into the majority market. 相似文献

Over recent years, both governments and international aid organizations have been devoting large amounts of resources to “simplifying” the procedures for setting up and formalizing firms. Many of these actions have focused on reducing the initial costs of setting up the firm, disregarding the more important role of business registers as a source of reliable information for judges, government departments and, above all, other firms. This reliable information is essential for reducing transaction costs in future dealings with all sorts of economic agents, both public and private. The priorities of reform policies should therefore be thoroughly reviewed, stressing the value of the legal institutions rather than trivializing them as is often the case.
