中小型侦察监视特种飞机系统的设计技术

分析了当前国内外典型中小型特种飞机的特点和应用方向，阐述了中小型特种飞机系统的技术发展趋势。通过分析典型的特种通用飞机的性能和平台构型特点，详细描述了基于典型中小型特种飞机平台的机载侦察监视应用系统的组成、原理、主要性能及技术难点，并结合实际工程应用，介绍了系统的应用成果。应用分析表明，基于中小型特种飞机平台的机载平台的应用系统有较大的应用范围和市场前景。     

The role of university Knowledge Transfer Offices: Not just commercialize research outputs!

While there is a prevailing rich body of studies on the role of university knowledge transfer office (KTO) in the commercialization process as part of the Third Mission, research on its role in community engagement activities is relatively neglected, even as funding agencies and policy makers conceive these as instrumental to sustaining social and economic development. This article focuses on the role of university KTO in supporting, facilitating or undertaking Third Mission community engagement activities. Drawing on data from the annual Higher Education Business and Community Interaction survey for the years 2007–2012, this paper empirically explores the relationship between a range of Third Mission activities by university KTO and performance of three key business-community services – provision of consultancy, provision of continuous professional development courses (CPD), and leasing of facilities and equipment (FE). It emerges that the routines of developing strategic plan and creating spin-off are positively associated with all types of community knowledge transfer (CKT) activities. Further, the routines of establishing partnerships with local and regional bodies, and licensing are positively related to CPD and FE, respectively. The article is concluded with implications for theory, practice, policy, and suggestions for future research.

一种多传感器空情信息融合算法

针对防空指挥系统快速反应决策能力要求,给出了可行的系统信息融合处理软件组成结构及功能描述,提出了一种适用于快速空情信息融合的通用信息融合处理方法和模型算法。建模过程中,提出的信息融合处理方法和模型算法将防空指挥系统信息融合的复杂过程条理化、公式化和数字化。仿真结果证明,该方法是正确和有效的。目前,该方法已应用到实际工程中。     

基于指挥信息系统的通信部队指挥应用分析

随着指挥信息系统在全军的广泛运用,指挥方式由传统的"树状"改变为"网状"、"扁平状"。然而现通信部队在开展指挥信息系统训练、应用上还存在一定的短板,在提高整个部队的指挥能力上无法提供高效支持,文章对通信部队的指挥信息系统在实际运用上进行了初步分析,并指出了目前存在的不足,对如何提高通信部队利用指挥信息系统提高整体作战能力提出了对策和建议,对提高指挥信息系统在实际中的应用具有积极意义。     

CASS命令的简化及自定义新命令

近年来,随着数字化测绘的快速发展,人们对南方CASS绘图软件的运用越来越普遍。通过对CASS软件相关快捷命令的研究,发现了一些可以提高绘图效率的方法。     

Who's in charge here? Co‐CEOs,power gaps,and firm performance

At the pinnacles of organizations, comparative tests of unity of command and shared command are nearly impossible because only one individual sits atop most organizations. In organizations led by co‐CEOs, however, such a test is possible because co‐CEOs can truly share power. But do they? Our research pits the unity‐of‐command principle against the shared‐command principle and finds overall support for the former, even within the co‐CEO context. Our sample of 71 co‐CEO pairs at publicly traded U.S. firms shows that increasing power gaps between co‐CEOs are positively associated with firm performance. This positive association wanes and turns negative, however, as power gaps become very large. We conclude that whatever benefits the co‐CEO structure might offer likely lie outside the shared command paradigm. Copyright © 2014 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.

研究西藏历史是发掘汉藏两族人民友好交往史,反对分裂,维护国家主权与领土完整的重要工作;但就目前国际国内的研究状况看,存在一些值得注意的现象;在新的历史时期,西藏历史研究应总结历史上正反两方面教训,搞好基础性研究工作,密切配合当前国家建设的需要,更好地完成历史赋予的使命.     

Whose firm is it anyway? Analyzing ownership effects on IPO performance

This study revisits current practice that ownership holding at IPO has a homogeneous impact on IPO performance. Using signalling theory, we develop and test a conceptual model explaining the relationships between the aggregated ownership structure and IPO price premium. We argue that aggregated ownership has a direct effect on issue price premium, and offer specific hypotheses on the effect of the shares sold during the offering by each type of owner on IPO performance. We use archival data from a sample of US firms that issued IPOs between 1996 and 2000 and find a significant direct effect of ownership configuration, namely, heterogeneity in effect of each ownership type on IPO performance as well as interaction effects between different ownership types.
