基于社会情感财富理论,本文以2012-2016年中国A股上市家族企业为样本,采用倾向得分匹配法,对一定制度情境下二代涉入对家族企业创新投入的影响进行实证研究。研究结果表明:二代涉入会抑制家族企业的创新投入,发生二代涉入的家族企业会更重视约束型社会情感财富,而该类社会情感财富会导致家族企业对创新投入持保守态度;制度环境对二代涉入与家族企业创新投入之间的关系具有正向调节效应,从而会缓和二代涉入对家族企业创新投入的抑制作用;政治关联对二代涉入与家族企业创新投入之间的关系具有负向调节效应,从而会加剧二代涉入对家族企业创新投入的抑制作用。据此,本文建议:发生二代涉入的家族企业不能为了加强对企业的控制而排斥引入外部优良人才或外部投资者,创始人应该注重二代成员对家族企业归属感等的培养,提升二代成员对延伸型社会情感财富的保护意愿;政府和家族企业必须共同努力推进市场化改革,藉此完善家族企业赖以生存的制度环境;家族企业应当尽量避免政治寻租等行为对创新的抑制作用。  相似文献

针对双站定位涉及的跳频信号多普勒频差估计问题,提出了归一化的频差最大似然估计算法,利用两个定位站接收到的跳频脉冲串信号,构建一个关于基准跳频频率多普勒频差的似然函数,通过网格搜索得到使似然函数最大的多普勒频差估计,既解决了跳频信号在不同跳频频率上多普勒频差不一致的问题,又充分利用在不同频率的脉冲串信号提高了多普勒频差估计精度。通过仿真对算法的性能进行了评估,结果表明,与基于子空间的算法比较,在脉冲数达到240个时,所提算法执行效率提升30%以上。  相似文献

分析了座舱显示系统发展现状和面临的问题,设计并实现了一种一体化、大屏幕显示的智能化多功能显示器。该型显示器通过FC-AE-ASM(Fibre Channel-Avionics Environment-Anonymous Subscriber Message)网络和高速串行总线高效传输图形数据,解决了图形处理及传输的瓶颈问题;采用ARINC661(座舱显示系统与用户系统的接口)标准,规范了任务处理和显示处理的接口设计标准;支持红外触控以提高人机信息的交互效率;采用工程优化设计以提高显示器抗恶劣环境的能力。应用表明智能多功能显示器运行可靠,相对于传统飞行显示器,在显示处理、数据传输和人机功效等方面具有显著优势。  相似文献

在广义空间调制(GSM)系统中,最大似然(ML)检测可以取得最优的检测性能,然而其计算复杂度随激活天线数的增加急剧增长。针对这一问题,提出了一种基于稀疏重构理论的低复杂度检测算法——正则化正交匹配追踪(ROMP)算法。该算法首先根据信道矩阵和当前残差的内积选取多个候选激活天线索引,接着对候选天线索引按正则化标准进行可靠性验证,剔除错误索引,缩小信号的搜索空间,最后通过求解最小二乘问题估计信号。仿真结果表明,与经典的正交匹配追踪(OMP)算法相比,所提算法以少许复杂度的增加为代价极大提升了检测性能,能够在检测性能与复杂度之间取得更好的折中。  相似文献

Among many techniques for generating new service ideas, morphological analysis has been used due to the advantage of decomposing the system into dimensions and shapes and bringing creative results in the process of recombining them. However, with the rise of smart service systems, the determination of dimensions and shapes has become a critical problem, particularly as both their structure and components become complex. This research focuses on a data-driven approach by incorporating mobile app service documents to increase objectivity and diversity in the construction of a morphology matrix. To this end, firstly, the novelty-quality map is developed to identify innovative data based on quantitative indicators. Secondly, morphological analysis is employed along with experts’ judgment in order to generate new smart service concepts. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed approach are shown based on a comparative analysis with conventional approaches and real services through a case study of smart home.  相似文献

隔代抚育会对延迟退休年龄政策在促进劳动力供给上产生挤出效应。为了对此进行验证,本文在工资收入随机性的假定及延迟退休5年的情景下,模拟了面临孙辈照护需求的女性临近退休者提前退休所产生的福利变化。进一步,本文采用CHIP和CHARLS的微观调查数据,对不同群组的收入增长率和收入风险进行了估计,继而分析了当面临孙辈照护需求时这些收入特征对退休决策者制度退休和退休后劳动参与抉择产生的影响。总体上,在延迟退休年龄政策下,隔代抚育将对女性劳动力供给产生挤出效应。当面临孙辈照护需求时,女性临近退休者的制度退休抉择主要受自身收入增长率和收入风险的影响,收入增长率越低,或收入风险越高,她们提前退休的意愿就越强烈;制度退休后的劳动参与则更多地受子女收入增长率的影响,子女收入增长率越高,劳动参与的概率越低。  相似文献

This study investigates the importance of mindfulness‐based organization systems and policies on the organization's continuous efforts to become a greener company. The study is devised as a pooled cross‐sectional time series analysis of productivity in energy consumption, water utilization, and waste generation and recycling of U.S. companies. The data set taken from U.S. Newsweek 500 recorded 600 companies dispersed into 63 industries during the period of 2012–2014 and provided 1,498 company–industry–year observations. The study found that systems and policies (e.g., deployment of third‐party auditors for its environmental metrics report; linkage of the remuneration of company's senior executive team with the achievement of environmental performance targets; and establishment of a committee at the Board of Directors' level whose mandate includes sustainability of the company in environment‐ and resource‐related matters) connect the company's mindfulness to its effort in improving the environmental quality through the company's productivity in energy consumption, water utilization, and waste generation and recycling. The relationships are positive and significant. Also, systems and policies serve as a motivator for the firm to continue to improve upon the current achievements. The study emphasizes the importance of translating organizational and individual mindfulness into organization policies and systems in order to motivate the organization to continuously improve its productivity in energy consumption, water utilization, and waste generation and recycling leading to improvements in environmental quality.  相似文献

针对多源信号关联难度大、关联准确率低的问题,利用同一目标平台上搭载的多个辐射源信号具有一致的动态变化趋势这一特点,提出一种利用相位差特征的多源信号关联方法。已知阵列形式和侦测点位置,通过对侦收到的多个辐射源信号进行处理,获取相位差信息并累积形成相位差变化趋势;对比提取疑似相似段,根据相似性判决策略进行有效关联。该方法能有效避免不同传感器对位置测量的误差影响,相比传统基于位置信息关联的方法,能有效提升关联准确率。仿真和实测数据分析证明了该方法的有效性,在阵列形式和侦测点位置已知的条件下该方法具有重要工程意义。  相似文献

Electricity generation capacity expansion is driven by both economic and socio-political realities. Policy makers determine public infrastructural decisions, such as climate and renewable targets, and transmission infrastructure, and the optimal generation capacity expansion follows. Policy makers therefore require planning models that can determine the optimal generation capacity mix in the long run under various scenarios, including policy choices. This work presents a planning model based on linearised alternating current optimal power flow which determines optimal generation capacity expansion and operation, in a least-cost manner, given global and local technical constraints, as well as policy decisions. We apply the model to a test case of the island of Ireland, which has two weakly interconnected systems, high renewable generation targets and low storage and interconnection. We determine the optimal generation expansion and operation out to 2030 considering the effects of increased multi-area interconnection, existing fossil fuel generation phase-out and increased renewable generation targets and carbon prices. Our results find that costs and emissions are driven primarily by the decommissioning of old inefficient generation units. High renewable targets, on the other hand, render increased carbon prices relatively ineffective in reducing system emissions. Furthermore, high renewable generation targets crowd out low-carbon power generation options such as carbon capture and storage (CCS). The strategic north-south interconnection has little effect on renewable energy source installations required to achieve renewable power generation targets but does impact on security of supply and the congestion level across the island.  相似文献

Although burning fossil fuels has environmental consequences, many countries have switched away from nuclear power in favor of fossil-fuel fired electricity production after incidents at Three Mile Island, Chernobyl, and Fukushima. This study estimates the substitution between nuclear and fossil-fuel fired electricity generation in the United States. Using an event-study framework, we leverage nuclear plant openings from 1970 to 1995 and forced nuclear plant outages from 1999 to 2014. Plant openings (nuclear outages) reduce (increase) monthly net coal-fired generation by approximately 200 GWh, implying a considerable reduction (increase) in emissions. We find that the substitution between nuclear and coal is not one-to-one, as has been assumed in prior literature. After establishing these stylized facts, we explore the potential underlying forces driving the observed substitution between coal and nuclear.  相似文献
