目的 家庭生命周期是研究农户行为的重要理论视角。文章借鉴家庭生命周期理论的内涵,利用扬州市邗江区289户微观样本,剖析家庭生命周期视角下农村居民点整理的农户意愿的影响因素。方法 统计分析法和有序Logit模型。结果 (1)家庭生命周期特征变量对农村居民点整理的农户意愿有显著影响,其影响程度由大到小依次为初始家庭>成熟的核心家庭>成长中的核心家庭>扩大家庭>萎缩家庭;(2)政策了解程度、家庭年收入、承包地面积、农民收益增加、子女就学条件改善和居住环境改善是影响农村居民点整理的农户意愿的关键因素。但在不同家庭生命周期阶段,农村居民点整理的农户意愿的关键因素存在异质性;(3)在不同家庭生命周期阶段中,农村居民点整理的农户意愿既有共同的影响因素,也存在差异性影响因素。结论 应重视农户的家庭生命周期阶段特征和演变规律,并将其作为制定农村居民点整理政策的重要依据;针对不同家庭生命周期阶段中农户意愿的共同因素,采取普适性措施;对各家庭生命周期阶段中农户意愿的差异性因素进行识别,“对症下药”。  相似文献

This study tested whether geographic clustering differs by restaurant segment due to the differences in consumers’ hedonic and utilitarian values by using Ripley’s K function and a Tobit model. This study found that higher priced restaurant segments have stronger clusters than lower priced restaurants, which implies that restaurants that focus on hedonic values tend to cluster more than utilitarian focused restaurants. However, the results differ depending on whether or not restaurants are located within a central business district (CBD). For example, quick service restaurants have stronger clusters than casual restaurants outside CBDs. Practical applications may apply to new restaurants that are attempting to open. Up-scale restaurants have the advantage of reducing research costs by locating near similar restaurants. Moreover, casual restaurants do benefit by clustering near existing ones under the condition that demand is not severely hurt by competition, while quick service restaurants benefit by diffusing from each other.  相似文献

建成区绿地率区域差异具有显著的尺度依赖性,基于多尺度视角对其进行分析、综合研判不同尺度间关系,可更确切且全面地揭示其特征,为探寻最佳研究尺度,以及制定兼具差异化和协调性的城市绿地建设决策提供科学依据。综合运用标准差、变异系数、锡尔指数和尺度方差等方法,将地带、省、市3个尺度纳入统一的分析框架,探究1996—2015年中国建成区绿地率区域差异。1)差异测度研究表明,自1996年以来,我国建成区绿地率区域差异在3个尺度上长期存在,均呈现缩小趋势,并表现出明显的尺度效应。2)尺度方差分解结果显示,建成区绿地率尺度方差及构成由大到小依次为市级、省级、地带级,即尺度越小,其尺度方差越大,对区域差异的贡献份额越大。  相似文献

Municipalities are well positioned to support adaptation of vulnerable people to climate change; however, they seldom integrate climate change into their planning for social development. The building of adaptive capacity for sustainable adaptation requires that municipalities understand and mainstream climate change into their plans, and develop context-specific adaptation strategies that address existing social development issues. A desktop analysis was conducted to compare the planning landscape in six District Municipalities in the Eastern Cape, South Africa, focusing on Municipal Integrated Development Plans (IDPs). A scoring system was developed for comparing the IDPs of the municipalities, based on levels of context-specific information about climate change, mainstreaming of climate change with other development concerns, and vertical integration across district and local municipalities, amongst other themes. Overall, the mainstreaming of climate change in municipal IDPs in the Eastern Cape remains weak, and requires critical attention if sustainable adaptation is to be achieved.  相似文献

[目的]识别低山丘陵区高标准基本农田建设的限制性因素。[方法]基于GIS平台,运用AHP-熵权法,以重庆市高标准基本农田建设的6个典型项目区为例,从田块禀赋、设施配套、投入产出水平、社会经济水平及生态环境等5方面选取15项指标,识别低山丘陵区高标准基本农田建设的限制性因素。[结果](1)低山丘陵区高标准基本农田建设限制性因素依次存在中低山缓坡区丘陵宽谷区河谷平坝区的趋势,且不同微地貌条件下的限制性因素存在一定差异。(2)从项目区评价分值来看,河谷平坝区耕地质量分值最高,为高标准基本农田重点建设区域;丘陵宽谷区建设条件与耕地质量较好,是高标准基本农田建设次重点区域;而中低山缓坡区限制性因子较多,高标准基本农田建设适宜性较差。(3)文章研究的AHP-熵权法可以适用于其他地貌类型单元下高标准基本农田建设限制性因素识别研究。[结论]因地制宜,科学合理安排低山丘陵区微地貌类型下的高标准基本农田建设内容与整治任务。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Unemployment durations vary across local authority districts in the UK. We explore the extent to which this variation is explained by differences in local labour demand as opposed to composition, business cycle and regional effects. We use seventeen waves of the British Household Panel Survey to identify the determinants of the duration of unemployment spells. Once we adjust for individual-level, business cycle and regional controls, we do not find evidence that living in a local authority district with relatively high unemployment is associated with longer spells of unemployment. This indicates that differences in labour demand operate at larger geographic scales, such as between large regions. Our findings have implications for the design of policies to help high unemployment districts.  相似文献

Social inequalities induced by education accessibility are widespread and concern land use policy makers globally. Yet much of existing research heavily emphasizes on uncovering the spatial patterns of housing price in relation to education resources. This paper aims to renew our understanding of this classical topic by bringing the importance of temporal and institutional dynamics to the fore. Specifically, this research presents a detailed examination of the relationship between school quality and housing rental dynamics under the intervention of equitable housing policy, with special reference to Shanghai, the most developed megacity in China, also one of the first Chinese cities granting equal rights for renters to access schools within the catchment area. Based on time-series housing rental data collected from social media, the t-test discovers that school quality has a significant impact on housing rental prices after the introduction of this new housing policy. Moreover, housing rental prices within high-quality school districts are significantly higher than those within ordinary school districts. The hedonic model and variance partitioning further confirm that school quality is capitalized into housing rental prices, and its relative contribution varies with temporal periods. More specifically, how the relative contribution of school quality changes over time is consistent with the schedule of primary school enrollment and sensitive to policy intervention. The difference in difference model foregrounds that the equitable housing policy does result in rental prices hike in high-quality school districts, i.e., a 13.5 % rental premium of housings within high-quality school districts compared with those within ordinary ones. We conclude that the equitable housing policy fails to achieve the expected goal and propose alternative suggestions for mitigating social inequalities in education accessibility. This study demonstrates a novel methodological framework for evaluating the social consequence of equitable housing policy based on social media data. It unravels how housing rental changes with school district division and the capitalization effect of school quality in housing rental prices.  相似文献

[目的]通过大数据研究山地丘陵区乡村旅游的空间分布现状及规律,为乡村旅游规划提供参考借鉴。[方法]基于POI抓取技术,以2018年9月抓取到的重庆市1 644家农家乐为研究对象,结合各种地理基础数据资料,借助GIS分析手段,采用最近邻指数、K函数、核密度估计、Getis Ord Gi*热点分析和Moran′s I指数对重庆市农家乐空间分布特征进行研究。[结果](1)重庆市农家乐分布整体呈现显著聚集趋势,空间自相关性显著; 主城区为聚集—随机分布,空间自相关性不显著; (2)市域范围农家乐聚集程度随空间尺度的增大而增强,主城区特征空间尺度为2139km; (3)农家乐在中部主城区集中连片分布,在主城外零散分布; (4)全市农家乐分布热点区域集中在中南部; (5)7044%的农家乐分布在距城市中心120km的范围内; (6)767%的农家乐分布在A级景区周边10km范围内,且倾向于分布在自然类景区和高等级景区周边; (7)中海拔地区为农家乐分布的主要区域。[结论]提出针对性的改善建议,以优化农家乐产业布局,促进乡村旅游发展与生态文明建设充分结合,更好助力乡村振兴。  相似文献

目的 受区域条件和城乡二元体制的制约,黄土丘陵沟壑区城乡发展滞后。新时期,亟待厘清区域城乡关系现状,为乡村振兴和区域协调发展战略的实施提供依据。方法 文章以黄土丘陵沟壑区57个区县为研究对象,分别构建县域城镇化和乡村发展水平评价指标体系,利用耦合协调模型探讨2000—2015年区域城乡发展的协调状况,结合相关分析探析“城”和“乡”对城乡协调发展的影响。结果 (1)区域城乡发展失衡,“城进村衰”问题加重。乡村人口系统、经济系统、社会系统和资源系统虽略有发展,但环境系统有一定程度衰退,而城镇化水平在各方面均取得较大发展。(2)区域城乡互动关系已趋稳定,城乡耦合模式以“中—中—高”、“中—低—高”为主。城乡发展协调水平总体较低,以勉强协调、初级协调为主。2000—2015年,区域城乡发展协调度空间差异明显缩小。(3)城镇化对区域城乡协调发展起主导作用,而乡村的作用较弱。结论 乡村发展滞后是制约区域城乡协调发展的主要原因,发挥乡村资源优势、加强乡村环境治理、激发乡村内生动力将有助于提高乡村发展水平、促进城乡协调发展。该研究有助于理解区域城乡关系现状,为区域协调发展和乡村振兴相关决策提供参考。  相似文献
