试论我国出口市场多元化战略实施

出口市场多元化应包括四个方面的内涵:首先,市场多元化是指区域多元化,即出口市场应全方位、多角度分布于世界各地,而不仅仅聚集于少数市场;其次是指商品多元化,因为商品是市场的核心内容,一国对外贸易,不单单是点多、面广,而且商品品种、规格、档次等都要多样化,才能符合不同消费层次的需求;第三,出口市场多元化应包括经营手段的多样化,即开拓海外市场要采取灵活多变的方式、方法。

本文从注锁振荡器(IO)工作的物理过程入手,分析了其锁定过程中所完成的各种功能。并把这些功能模型化,建立等效模型框图。推导出闭环传递函数,揭示了其零阶环的实质,讨论了其独具的许多优异应用特性。     

批判与继承:二战后法国的地缘政治思想

20世纪60年代末至70年代初,法国国际影响力的大幅衰落、西欧一体化进程的发展以及战后经济社会危机的出现,为法国地缘政治研究的复兴创造了历史与社会背景。在其后几十年时间里,法国地缘政治学者在激烈批判传统地缘政治本体论、认识论及其历史影响的基础上,通过继承法国传统政治地理学的一些基本方法主张,针对20世纪下半叶世界政治发展呈现的诸多问题,在相当广泛的议程上展开了考察。二战后的法国地缘政治思想以其注重文化解读、关注个案分析、拒斥理论归纳的情调风格以及在国际合作、一体化条件下民族国家的地位作用、对广大第三世界国家的案例分析等项议题上的研究,体现出鲜明的法国特色与法国立场,具有广泛的学术与社会影响,为当代地缘政治研究的发展做出了一定的贡献。     

Shutting up shop: understanding the international exit process in retailing

Internationalisation is a much-studied phenomenon. Exit from international markets has been less analysed. Where it has been studied, most work has been on motives and causes, with relatively little on processes. This article explores the process of international exit in a retail context. It examines the run-up to, announcement of and fall-out from the decision by Marks and Spencer (one of Britain's leading retailers) to close its French stores. The article concludes that understanding the process of market exit is at least as important both for theoretical and practical reasons as understanding the decision to exit or divest. Further research needs to be undertaken on market exit and the processes involved, in order to contribute further to the theory and practice of internationalisation.

Estimation of the Natural Unemployment Rate in the Russian Federation, 1994–2004

To specify the problem of unemployment in Russia, we estimate the natural rate of unemployment by consecutively estimating the optimal size of the labour force and the optimal employment. For estimation of the optimal values we used a modified Hodrick–Prescott filter technique. The results show that the natural rate of unemployment in Russia during 1994–97 was stable around 13–13.5% and decreased to 7.1% by mid-2004. Moreover, before 1998 the actual unemployment was significantly lower than the natural rate and today practically equals it.     

Perceptual differences between recruiters and students on the importance of applicant and job characteristics: a research note based on evidence from Singapore

This study compared the perceptions of various important job applicant characteristics, job characteristics and job benefits between 107 corporate recruiters and 191 business undergraduates in Singapore. Results indicated significant incongruence between recruiter and student perceptions of a large number of job characteristics and benefits. However, perceptual differences were less extensive in the case of applicant attributes. The implications of these findings, and suggestions for greater perceptual congruence between recruiters and applicants, are discussed.
