论青少年犯罪动向及对策

近几年,青少年犯罪案件呈突发性、偶发性,犯罪年龄降低,由单独型向团伙型发展的特点.其原因有家庭因素、学校因素、社会因素.预防和惩治青少年犯罪,需要全社会广泛参与,综合治理.     

试论青少年环境教育与环境意识培养

环境状况恶化与环境意识淡薄是当前我国面临的严峻问题 ,要改变这种状况 ,应从环境教育入手 ,特别要抓好青少年环境教育 ,通过教育培养青少年较强的环境意识和环境道德价值观 ,这是促进可持续发展和提高人类解决环境问题的关键 ,需要社会各界普遍关注和共同参与     

Idiosyncratic use of credit facilities by consumers in an emerging economy

A worldwide increase in household debt since the turn of the century has created considerable concern about the indebtedness of households, especially those in emerging economies that have been hit particularly hard by the global economic slump. In this study, the credit consumption of consumers in Swaziland (N = 264) was investigated by means of a survey that aimed to identify and describe factors that encouraged consumers' use of credit, the influence of credit on their buying behaviour when choosing major household appliances or furniture as well as consumers' knowledge of the conditions of credit facilities that were available for their use in retail. Findings revealed that consumers unequivocally appreciate the convenience that is associated with credit, specifically to cope with unexpected purchases, to benefit from special offers and opportunity to afford expensive goods. These advantages apparently negate the negative consequences such as high interest rates and strain on household budgets. Mean scores that were obtained in the knowledge test that only reflected upon credit agreements that respondents have actually entered into in the past, confirmed their ignorance pertaining to their contractual obligations and their consequent vulnerability. Consumers' age and gender seem to have noteworthy consequences for efforts to enhance informed consumer decision‐making. Younger females were significantly better informed that their older counterpart while the reverse was true for males, although differences were not significant. The significant inverse relationship between income and the LS‐means for the credit knowledge test differ from findings in developed countries and provide valuable opportunity for further investigation.

未成年人刑事污点消灭制度正逐渐成为世界性立法趋势与潮流。我国《刑法修正案》对这方面的规定,是一个重要而有益的进步,但还需要从立法模式、构成要件及适用程序等方面进行具体完善。

正确认识和引导少年儿童的阅读倾向,并以此把握不同年龄段少年儿童的阅读规律,培养其健康的阅读兴趣和良好的阅读习惯,是图书馆少年儿童工作的重要职责。     

Predicting credit card delinquencies: An application of deep neural networks

The objective of this paper is twofold. First, it develops a prediction system to help the credit card issuer model the credit card delinquency risk. Second, it seeks to explore the potential of deep learning (also called a deep neural network), an emerging artificial intelligence technology, in the credit risk domain. With real-life credit card data linked to 711,397 credit card holders from a large bank in Brazil, this study develops a deep neural network to evaluate the risk of credit card delinquency based on the client's personal characteristics and the spending behaviours. Compared with machine-learning algorithms of logistic regression, naive Bayes, traditional artificial neural networks, and decision trees, deep neural networks have a better overall predictive performance with the highest F scores and area under the receiver operating characteristic curve. The successful application of deep learning implies that artificial intelligence has great potential to support and automate credit risk assessment for financial institutions and credit bureaus.     

浅谈社区教育在预防青少年犯罪方面的作用

社区教育拓展了预防青少年犯罪的工作领域,丰富了预防青少年犯罪的内容和手段,在协助家庭开展青少年教育方面发挥着不可替代的作用,延长了青少年接受教育的时间,有利于青少年树立正确的人生观和世界观.     

在中国的历史脉动中求真——沟口雄三的学术世界

与通常的使用理论表述结构设想并完成体系性论述的方式不同,沟口是用具体的经验研究推进他的结构性思考的。但与一般经验研究局限于一点或者泛泛而论地随自然时间叙述不同,沟口在长时段的历史时间中挑选了若干个关键时刻作为着眼点,并对这些点上的问题进行深入开掘,这些点之间的内在联系构成了他所思考的中国思想史结构,它们相互缠绕、纠结,沟口把这种关系称之为中国历史的“基体”,却基本上不把重点放在对于“基体”的正面论述上。他最下功夫的是深入展开他所开掘的若干问题群,这些问题群透射着中国思想史的关节点,而这些关节点均处在历史剧烈变动的时期,因此可以说,沟口的中国思想史是在研究这些问题群高度变动的脉络及其内在动力。
