浅析体育教学中的反思性教学

体育教师是体育教学改革的关键因素之一。教师应在不断反思与探究的教学过程中提升自己的专业水平和教育教学水平,以适应现代教育改革发展的新形势。     

Threats to the Validity of Logistics and Supply Chain Management Research

To increase the relevance of logistics and supply chain academic research, this paper recommends the development and testing of middle‐range theory and practice‐level theory. Yet, there are a number of research issues that arise when academic researchers test middle‐range and practice‐level theory, both in measuring constructs and in testing theoretical relationships between constructs. Concerning the measurement of constructs, this paper recommends that academic researchers pay more attention to content validity and undertake rigorous processes to ensure content validity. In addition, academic researchers need to more explicitly define constructs as either reflective or formative. If the construct is defined as formative, then the traditional statistical approaches to validate these measurement scales are not recommended. The appropriate use of employing single‐item measures for concrete constructs is discussed. In regard to conducting hypothesis tests, research issues associated with multicollinearity and omitted variable bias are discussed. Relative weight analysis is ideal for testing theoretical models and research hypotheses when survey data are obtained, multicollinearity is present, and there are a large number of independent variables predicting a dependent variable. Thus, relative weight analysis is ideal for testing research hypotheses in logistics and supply chain management.     

Exploring pilgrim satisfaction on facilities for religious events: a case of Ratha Yatra at Puri

This article relates to the annual Ratha Yatra festival at Puri, India, and aims at quantifying the pilgrim perception of the event on three major aspects of every facility – adequacy, quality, and signage – to measure their satisfaction. A questionnaire survey (N?=?680) was conducted, from which a five-factor structure was extracted using exploratory principal component analysis, further examined through partial least squares-path modeling. The final model was found to have significant positive effects on three factors that comprised adequacy and quality of physiological needs, quality of ancillary facilities, and signage. The outcome may be utilized in planning other pilgrim events for achieving a higher pilgrim satisfaction score.     

传统民间造物艺术情感化设计反思水平的思考

反思水平的设计是情感化设计的最高层次,其核心是文化。传统民间造物艺术所包含的自然观、器物观、人际观蕴藏着中国传统文化的智慧和精髓,构成了中国传统文化稳定的内核,并与当代设计中的＂以人为本＂、可持续发展、适度设计、高情感满足和人格化设计等设计理念遥相呼应,且意义更加深广。研究传统民间造物艺术的文化内涵,对于拓展和丰富当代设计理论,提升反思水平情感化设计品质,推进中国本土化设计风格的形成,均有着重要的现实指导意义。     

反思性教学与英语教师专业发展

英语教师通过教学实践和反思可以不断推动其专业发展。教师可以从教学日志、调查问卷、课程报告等方面进行反思性教学,以帮助制定教学决策,提高教师自身专业素质。     

大学合作型反思教学模式初探

合作型反思教学是实现教师专业化发展的重要途径之一。将艾比、爱德华-布朗特的反思教学理论模型应用到大学教学情景中,旨在将合作型反思教学理论模式落到实处。大学中的＂合作型反思教学＂的合作平台甚广。师师间、师生间、师校间,甚至于跨学科的教师间均可以进行合作反思。学校、院系的行政机构应从组织教师学习、构建合作平台、建立评估体系等多个方面入手,引导教师个体掌握科学的反思教学手段并形成自上而下的合作规范,寓研于教、以研促教。     

Ethical assessment in radioactive waste management: a proposed reflective equilibrium‐based deliberative approach

Radioactive waste management facility siting has often been surrounded by political controversy. By attempting to overcome accusations of technocracy, radioactive waste management organisations are reframing the problem in terms of socio‐technical issues requiring the integrative assessment of complex scientific, political and ethical issues and establishing analytic‐deliberative decision‐making processes involving public and stakeholder involvement. One important aspect of a publicly supportable radioactive waste management strategy is that adequate ethical assessment is incorporated throughout the process. There are, however, certain incompatibilities between pluralistic public and stakeholder‐led engagement processes and the types of ethical justification stemming from normative ethical theory and the input of ethical expertise. An evaluation of previous work on ethics by the UK Committee on Radioactive Waste Management highlights some of the pitfalls of utilising these types of ‘top‐down’ inputs in a primarily ‘bottom‐up’ decision‐making process. This paper then proposes the development of a new approach inspired by John Rawls's concept of ‘reflective equilibrium’, to better bridge the divide between pluralistic analytic‐deliberative decision‐making and ethical assessment.

The reflective accountant: towards a new model for professional development

The accounting profession in recent times has been under intense scrutiny. Questions have been raised about, among other things, the right of the profession to regulate its activities, the behaviour of accounting firms and the usefulness of accounting information, a situation that would seem to indicate the existence of a crisis. This paper argues that the present crisis facing the accounting profession can be attributed to the inability of the tradional (technical rationality) model for professional development to cope with the new demands placed on the modern accounting profession which is characterized by professional pluralism. The paper proposes an alternative model for professional development based on the concept of the ‘reflective practitioner’. It is argued that the proposed model would equip accounting professionals with a degree of flexibility which is considered essential in carrying out their functions in a changing environment.     

反思性教学——ESP教师自我发展的有效途径

为适应社会发展的需求,我国高校应大力发展专门用途英语(ESP)教学,而其中首要的问题是ESP教师质量问题。开展反思教学研究是ESP教师的自我发展的有效途径。实施反思性教学的教师需借助课堂观摩、课程报告、教学日记、行动研究、问卷调查等方法探讨与解决自身教学问题,不断提高教学实践的合理性。
