浅谈高职院校学生的日常管理

大学生日常管理工作在高职院校中占有非常重要的地位,它是学校养成学生良好的学习、生活和行为习惯,使其成为高素质技能型人才的重要保障。笔者就目前大学生日常管理的现状和加强大学生日常管理的重要性、必要性,进行了分析,并就如何加强大学生日常管理的途径与方法进行了探讨。     

大学生长久习武兴趣的培养

武术是民族传统体育项目。培养大学生习武兴趣,应有针对性宣传武术的健身价值,激发对民族文化的 认同,并实行师生共同参与教学。     

网络组织及其惯例的形成--基于演化论的视角

本文基于演化理论，构建了一个关于网络组织形成的动态模型。利用演化博弈论研究了网络组织内成员间关系和作用机制的形成过程。认为网络组织的形成是搜寻正收益的理性个体进行自发博弈的结果．基于网络组织成员之间反复行为的历史信息的反馈，形成了网络组织层面上的惯例机制，该惯例机制表现为一种运作机制和惯性作用，维持网络组织处于某一状态。     

我国高星级饭店低碳化的路径分析

全球范围内大力发展低碳与生态经济势在必行。笔者从饭店行业政策指引、新旧饭店管理重点、倡导低碳消费方式等方面分析了我国高星级饭店低碳化的路径。整个路径以培养全员低碳意识为基点,从生产领域和消费领域进行分析,要求老饭店找出先天不足,进行适度改造,提高管理和服务水平;新饭店采用低碳设计,使用绿色材料,推行绿色管理。路径分析的过程既说明了为饭店市场高端客户营造低碳、舒适环境的方法,又体现了高星级饭店低碳化的实现路径。     

大学物理实验量化平时考核研究与实践

在大学物理实验教学中,我们充分利用网络技术,明确考核目标,确定考核方式,规定具体操作规程和评价细则,探索出一套量化平时考核办法,促进了学生实验兴趣和实验教学质量的提高。     

Crisis Management Competencies

Since public networks became widespread, doubts have arisen over how to make them succeed. Scholars have traditionally addressed the issue in different ways, thus variously shedding light on the network structure, mechanisms, or managers as predictors of the network performance. The aim of our article is to explore the possibility of an interaction effect between the abovementioned factors. Our results show that there may be a relationship between network structure, mechanisms, and managers that jointly affects network performance. Therefore, important suggestions can be made about how to manage public networks successfully: (1) ensure that your network mechanisms and managerial abilities are coherent with the structure of your network; and (2) if you are in a well-established and integrated network, allow yourself some flexibility. Data were collected through a multiple case study that focused on collaboration for joint provision of home care services in Switzerland.     

Attitudes toward Use of Advertising and Various Media Practices by Physicians

Advertising by physicians is a relatively recent phenomenon. The purposes of this study were to determine (a) consumers’ attitudes toward advertising by physicians; (b) whether certain potential consumer demographic variables account for any significant difference in attitudes toward physicians who advertise; and (c) which media consumers feel are appropriate for physicians’ advertising. The intent was to discover information that would be useful to physicians in planning promotional strategies and improving the quality of their advertising. The study seems to confirm the belief of many professionals that advertising and promotion clearly have a place in the future of health care services.     

武术选项课对大学生身体机能影响的研究

本研究课题从呼吸系统机能、循环系统机能、肌力、柔韧性及前庭分析器稳定性等几个方面对选修武术课的师范生进行调查和研究，研究结果表明：武术运动能够极大地增强学生身体机能和素质，是高等学校体育不可缺少的组成部分。     

武术散打竞赛资源分析以及商业化开发的构想

本文运用市场竞技规律将散打竞赛资源划分为文化、人力、科技、物资、信息资源五个层面,分析各种资源的现状以及在散打竞赛商业化中的作用和意义,建议在商业化运作过程中应注重,建立和健全适应散打竞赛发展法规体系,大力推进武术散打职业化,铸造品牌赛事、培育散打明星,大力扶持体育经纪人,促进散打竞赛商业化正常运行。     

Does stardom affect the informativeness of a CEO's insider trades?

This study examines whether the celebrity or star status of a chief executive officer (CEO) affects the informativeness of his insider trades. Using three different measures to identify star CEOs in a sample of S&P 1500 firms, we find that trades of non‐star CEOs predict future abnormal returns and earnings innovations and that trades of star CEOs do not. The predictive power of non‐star CEO trades is mostly attributable to opportunistic trades, not routine trades. We also find evidence suggesting that the abnormal returns associated with non‐star CEO insider trades are due to the lower visibility and consequently less scrutiny of non‐star CEOs compared with star CEOs.
