基于DSRC和CDPD的先进公交系统

本文首先讲述了ITS中的2种通信技术——专用短程通信（DSRC）和蜂窝数字分组数据网（CDPD）的基本概念、工作原理及系统特点等，然后提出了一种基本这2种通信技术的先进公交系统，并对各个子系统的功能结构进行了描述。

产权是一个社会的基本经济规则，它从根本上决定经济的组织和效率。知识产权是现代经济增长的基本因素，与企业制度的安排从而与市场效率有关。对现代经济来讲，知识产权最重要的实现形式是企业制度的安排，同时企业制度也是重要的保护知识产权的方式，法律上的保护更多的是事后救济。

简要阐述了PDS(综合布线系统)技术,并利用PDS技术设计了一个智能楼宇布线系统;在设计中介绍了PDS系统的特点、拓扑结构及工作区、水平、垂直干线、设备间、电信间和建筑群等子系统的功能。     

Intelligent agents for adaptive security market surveillance

Market surveillance systems have increasingly gained in usage for monitoring trading activities in stock markets to maintain market integrity. Existing systems primarily focus on the numerical analysis of market activity data and generally ignore textual information. To fulfil the requirements of information-based surveillance, a multi-agent-based architecture that uses agent intercommunication and incremental learning mechanisms is proposed to provide a flexible and adaptive inspection process. A prototype system is implemented using the techniques of text mining and rule-based reasoning, among others. Based on experiments in the scalping surveillance scenario, the system can identify target information evidence up to 87.50% of the time and automatically identify 70.59% of cases depending on the constraints on the available information sources. The results of this study indicate that the proposed information surveillance system is effective. This study thus contributes to the market surveillance literature and has significant practical implications.     

智能通行证管理平台构建

随着经济的快速发展和汽车保有量的迅速增长,各类单位基于安全性的管理,可能每辆汽车都配有很多不同地点的通行证,如何放置和管理这些通行证,并制订更加合理有效的管理策略是本论文所要解决的问题.针对通行证的授权管理及显示所遇到的问题,本论文基于GPS技术、信息技术、液晶屏显示技术提出了一种新的智能通行证管理平台的构建,为解决各类通行证授权及其显示方式提出新的方案.     

国外实施技术性贸易壁垒的新动向及我国的应对措施

技术性贸易壁垒(TBT)作为一种无形的非关税壁垒,正日益成为国际贸易中最棘手、最难应付的贸易障碍之一,并正在对我国的出口贸易产生显著的影响。而技术标准作为发达国家实施TBT的重要手段之一,已成为当今国际经济竞争的制高点。技术标准不仅是保护国内市场的标志,而且是争夺国外市场、提高国家竞争力的有力手段,是国家利益和价值观念的载体。近年来,发达国家为了保护自身利益、限制他国发展,纷纷制定和实施标准化战略。本文首先分析了现阶段美国、日本和欧盟的主要技术标准壁垒及其标准化战略的新动向,在此基础上,从宏观和微观两个层面提出了我国应对国外技术标准壁垒的战略措施。     

More on the role of switching costs in service markets: A research note

The present paper focuses on several important and under-researched issues related to switching costs (SC) as a defensive marketing tool in retaining customers with complaint handling. While most previous research analyzed the effects of SC on the behavioral intent of customers, our findings have focused on the actual behavior of bank customers; that is, staying with or leaving the bank to which they had complained previously. The findings show that, of the six potential facets of SC, only two significantly affect the actual behavior of complainants, one directly (i.e., Continuity Costs) and the other as a moderator (i.e., Learning Costs). Likewise, a customer's evaluation of the complaint handling affects behavior directly.     

浅议智能建筑的建设

与发达国家相比,我国智能建筑虽发展迅猛,却尚处于初级阶段。本文分析了国外智能建筑建设发展经验,我国智能建筑建设存在的问题,阐述了建设智能建筑的两种设计原则以及智能建筑建设的系统集成。     

基于TCP/IP的嵌入式WebServer网络测控系统设计

本文研究基于TCP/IP协议栈的嵌入式系统在网络智能设备中的测控应用设计。以Rabbit2000网络微处理器和Dynam ic C软件开发环境为例,阐述构建嵌入式W ebServer的具体技术及相关的实现方案;详细介绍了实现TCP、UDP报文进行网络通信、串行口数据通信和对网络智能设备的测控技术等,并给出系统硬件原理框图和有关软件实现的程序代码及流程图。
