企业战略风险管理是企业管理的核心问题之一。战略风险的测度与评判是管理者跟踪经营过程，实施动态控制，进行科学管理的前提。建立关于战略风险测评的属性测度模型并将其应用于实际，可为风险管理的量化决策提供一种可供选择的易于操作的方法。     

企业转让制度之比较研究

企业转让是指为了一定的营业目的通过签定合同将企业作为一个有机组织体的全部财产或部分重要财产进行有偿转让的活动。它是企业的所有权在不同的市场主体之间的移转,既不同于货物买卖也不同于企业财产的转让。企业转让制度在《德国商法典》、《日本商法典》和《韩国商法典》中都有专门规定,但在《澳门商法典》中规定的更为全面,主要涉及商号、债权债务关系、竞业禁止和劳动关系内容。建立企业转让制度是市场经济的内在体现,对我国发展经济和解决就业有着重要的现实意义,同时也符合我国建立现代产权制度的要求。     

Modified efficient importance sampling for partially non‐Gaussian state space models

The construction of an importance density for partially non‐Gaussian state space models is crucial when simulation methods are used for likelihood evaluation, signal extraction, and forecasting. The method of efficient importance sampling is successful in this respect, but we show that it can be implemented in a computationally more efficient manner using standard Kalman filter and smoothing methods. Efficient importance sampling is generally applicable for a wide range of models, but it is typically a custom‐built procedure. For the class of partially non‐Gaussian state space models, we present a general method for efficient importance sampling. Our novel method makes the efficient importance sampling methodology more accessible because it does not require the computation of a (possibly) complicated density kernel that needs to be tracked for each time period. The new method is illustrated for a stochastic volatility model with a Student's t distribution.     

Analysis of congress destinations' competitiveness using importance performance competitor analysis

To be competitive and successful in congress tourism, destinations must learn which congress tourism-related attributes are important and how they perform against their main competitors. This study identifies the importance and performance of destination attributes in Antalya, Turkey, and compares the position of these attributes to those of its main rival in congress tourism, ?stanbul. Importance performance competitor analysis results show that, according to domestic participants, Antalya has to focus on “sight-seeing and cultural attractions” and “outside entertainment.” For international participants, “climate,” “choice of meeting and housing properties,” and “suitability of conference facilities” exhibit higher performance in Antalya than ?stanbul.

Valuation of ecosystem services provided by irrigated rice agriculture in Thailand: a choice experiment considering attribute nonattendance

This research investigates how the public of a middle‐income country, Thailand, values ecosystem services associated with irrigated rice agriculture using a choice experiment. The results show a significant willingness to pay for services such as drought mitigation, water quality and the environment and maintenance of rural lifestyles and rice landscapes. The iterative procedure developed to fully analyze the incidence of attribute nonattendance (ANA) improved the model fit when compared with a multinomial logit model or an ANA model with potentially only one attribute ignored at a time (ANA‐1). Moreover, the inferred probability of the class of respondents having attended all attributes was 45%, compared to 9% with ANA‐1 model. However, it also suggests that 55% of the respondents made their choices by considering only two of the five attributes. Finally, this research also suggests that failing to consider ANA does not change the public ranking of scenarios contrasted by the services they would provide but would overestimate the WTP for these scenarios.     

基于AHP-DEMATEL的建设用地增长驱动因子重要性研究

近年来城市建设用地增长问题逐渐得到学术界的重视,建设用地增长驱动因子的甄别与影响力分析成为建设用地增长研究的一个重要领域。以传统决策试验与评价实验室方法(DEMATEL)为基础,提出了适合于驱动因子影响力识别的AHP-DEMATEL方法,分析驱动因子对建设用地增长影响的重要程度,获得驱动因子的重要性排序。研究结果发现,经济因素、社会因素和政府因素对建设用地增长的影响明显高于自然因素,政府因素在建设用地增长中扮演着至关重要的角色,GDP、人口和政府发展冲动是影响建设用地增长的关键驱动因子。
