ICP 2005 Construction Prices: Are They Underestimated in Developing Countries?

Construction prices are lower in developing countries in ICP 2005, which has raised these countries' capital/output ratio in Penn World Tables 7 and 8 and affected growth analyses. We estimate the Colombia/U.S. price ratio for office and apartment buildings in 2005 as a test of the validity of the ICP 2005 methodology for estimating these prices. Our estimate of the Colombia/U.S. price ratio is almost twice the ICP 2005 estimate. We confirm the validity of our results by estimating the cost of constructing office and apartment buildings using 2005 prices for construction materials, equipment, and labor in both countries.     

An empirical study about the impacts of China's accession to the WTO on the telecommunications industry in China

Post‐China's accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO), China's telecommunication industry now needs to face a much stronger competition in a relatively open market that has a number of diverse rivalries. There are specific benefits and risks associated with both domestic telecommunication (telecom) companies and foreign investors in the telecommunication or information technology area. To meet with these new challenges and take advantage of the competitive, strategic advantages to penetrate the market, both China's telecom industry and foreign investors must understand the impacts of China's accession to the WTO on its telecommunication industry and hence make the necessary adjustments and/or implementation improvements. In specific, we carefully examine the impacts such as prices, quality, and local protectionism in this article. We draw the findings based on the data collected from a survey and the resulting statistic analysis.     

我国P2P网贷平台生存状况影响因素研究——基于3842家P2P网贷平台数据的实证分析

近年来,我国P2P网贷平台在爆发式增长的同时“暴雷”不断,大量平台停业或倒闭的原因有待深入研究。基于网贷之家披露的3 842家P2P网贷平台数据的分析表明,平台实力、风控能力、业务模式及行业监管等方面的因素显著影响P2P网贷平台的生存状况：注册资本金不足、未披露实缴资本、注册城市等级低、无国资系背景、无上市/风投系背景、无资金银行存管、无第三方担保/垫付/保险、无抵（质）押物/风险准备金、有天标/1月标、不允许自动投标和债权转让、未加入监管协会、无ICP经营许可证的平台死亡风险较高、生存时间较短,其中无上市/风投系背景、无资金银行存管、未加入监管协会、无ICP经营许可证的平台生存状况更加严峻;不同因素对问题平台三种死亡状态的影响具有差异性：跑路风险最大的为无资金银行存管、无第三方担保/垫付/保险、无抵（质）押物/风险准备金、无ICP经营许可证的平台,提现困难风险最大的为无资金银行存管、无第三方担保/垫付/保险、有天标/1月标、不允许自动投标和债权转让、未加入监管协会的平台,而无国资系背景、未加入监管协会、无ICP经营许可证是导致平台停业事件发生的主要原因。     

Evidence that capital formation is overestimated in low- and middle-income countries in ICP 2011

Using the International Comparison Program (ICP) 2011’s cross-country data on input prices and project cost shares, I show that the ICP 2011 construction prices are substantially underestimated in the 143 low- and middle-income countries where these prices were estimated from input prices. As a consequence, the ICP 2011’s estimate of PPP-adjusted construction is overestimated on average by about 100% and gross fixed capital formation is overestimated by 25–30% in these countries. These nonrandom data errors are of sufficient magnitude to cause serious estimation bias in cross-country growth analyses.

经营性ICP网络信息安全法律监管之审视

实现经营性ICP网络信息安全,需要对其进行法律监管。我国相继出台了多部行政法规对经营性ICP网络信息安全实行了法律监管,但在监管模式、行政法律责任设定、组织形式等方面还存在缺陷。因此,应从提高立法层次、明确监管内容等方面进一步加强。

ICP测定土壤中的K,Na,Ca,Mg,Fe

本论文采用等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)土壤中的K,Na,Ca,Mg,Fe进行了测定,样品以四酸体系溶矿,不经分离杂质,即可直接测定。本法通过优化实验条件确定了最佳分析波长,该测定方法检出限为:0.006~0.0186mg/ml,RSD%为:0.5032%~1.030%,双差均小于1,回收率为99.41%~100%。准确度和精密度较高,方法快速简单,预处理简单,分析流程短,完全满足地质工作要求。     

油田水分析中阳离子含量测定方法探讨

在室内采用现有方法进行的油气田水分析中，发现含钡（锶）离子的水样品的测量结果存在较大的偏差。通过对这一现象进行室内分析研究，确定出容易操作的新的络和滴定方法。采用新的方法后测量结果与近似理论值、ICP分析值及现场实际情况比较，测量结果符合率达98．1％。
