行业属性、拉克尔法则与员工薪酬适度性研究--来自2008-2012年中国资本市场的经验证据

员工薪酬适度性是收入分配制度改革的关键。文章借鉴“拉克尔法则”，以行业属性为视角，选取沪深A股同类行业属性上市公司2008-2012年度财务报告数据，计算“拉克尔阀值”，判别员工薪酬适度性。研究发现，针对销售收入异常波动与垄断性的上市公司，“拉克尔法则”无法判别员工薪酬适度性，但竞争性行业上市公司则能判别员工薪酬适度性；同时，“拉克尔法则”能解释行业属性相同而地域不同的上市公司员工薪酬差异。     

How collaborative routines improve dynamic innovation capability and performance in tourism industry? A path-dependent learning model

Current results of direct relationships between collaboration and innovation capability on performance in tourism contexts are inconsistent. This research is to uncover roles of collaborative routines on promoting relationships between internal and service innovation capabilities as two distinct mechanisms, and performance. The study also examines the contingent effect of knowledge search on performance. Survey data from 181 samples from the Thai tourism industry are gathered for analyses. Findings demonstrate that knowledge search and internal innovation capability have a direct impact on performance, whereas the effect of service innovation capability on performance is significant only in the presence of collaborative routines.     

高校基本建设的适度性和可持续性

文章从基本建设投入与其他投入的协调性、投入产出动态优化过程中的最佳投入确定、投入过程中的资金风险等方面分析了高校基本建设的适度性;从建筑物本身的可持续性、建筑使用功能的可持续性、基本建设管理的可持续性等方面分析了高校基本建设的可持续性。     

基于边际分析的内部控制监管适度性研究

内部控制与流程的关系是结构与功能的关系,流程是内部控制的唯一现实载体,内部控制是流程的多种固有功能之一。内部控制监管以强化流程治理功能为目标,但在客观上是对流程结构、流程功能和流程利益的全方位监管。内部控制监管本质上是流程监管,恰当的内部控制监管可以有效纠正管理者在流程设计上的机会主义行为,增进股东利益。但过度的内部控制监管则会损害股东利益,因此内部控制监管必须是适度的。     

The antecedents of tourists’ gaming spend: does the brand prestige matter?

This study endeavors to empirically analyse the influential effect among brand prestige, service quality, casino visitor satisfaction and spend. Data from 304 tourists who had travelled to Macau and had participated in gambling activities were used and structural equation modelling and multi-group analysis were employed in hypotheses testing. The findings demonstrated that both brand prestige and perceived service quality are determinants of satisfaction and gaming spend, and that brand prestige also affects service quality positively. Furthermore, past experience moderates the service quality and visitors’ satisfaction relationship, also service quality and visitors’ gaming spend relationship.     

The role of permanent and transitory components in business cycle volatility moderation

The paper examines the processes underlying economic fluctuations by investigating the volatility moderation of U.S. economy in the early 1980s. We decompose the volatility decline using a dynamic factor framework into a common stochastic trend, common transitory component and idiosyncratic components. We find that the moderation of business cycle was a result of the moderation in transitory and idiosyncratic components. Our results suggest that important part of stochastic process that drives economy is transitory. The paper investigates the role of oil prices, monetary and financial market factors. Proposed economic factors do not have a significant relationship to either transitory or permanent components. In addition, we find that transitory shocks are as common during the 1980s and 1990s as they were during the 1960s and 1970s.

我国银行对外开放适度性研究

2006年12月。我国银行业将向国外全面开放。2007年起,外资银行将享有与中资银行几乎同等的权利,提供全面的人民币业务,中外资银行的竞争将全面展开。文中就此展开论述,研究我国银行对外开放的适度性问题。     

Validity of sustainability framework for China’s mining cities – a structural equation modelling approach

Many studies developed their framework for sustainability through indicator systems, but the interactions and relationships within these indicators have not been studied yet. In this article, based on indicator systems, we use a sample of 78 mining cities in China and employ structural equation modelling (SEM) method to explore the validity of sustainability framework. Our empirical results show that resources abundance positively affects urbanization level significantly but negatively affects cleaner production level and environmental protection level significantly; economic strength positively affects urbanization level significantly; cleaner production level has a significant effect on economic strength and non-mineral resources conversion efficiency. We also find that when economic strength is low, resources abundance might weaken the positive effect of economy on urbanization.     

Abusive Supervision and Psychological Capital: A Mediated Moderation Model of Team Member Support and Supervisor-Student Exchange

Embedded in higher educational settings, this study examines the relationship between abusive supervision and psychological capital and the mechanism through which abusive supervision and team member support interact to influence psychological capital with supervisor-student exchange mediating the interaction with psychological capital. Data collected from 222 graduate students in six Chinese universities supports our mediated moderation model: abusive supervision negatively relates to psychological capital and supervisor-student exchange mediates the positive moderating effect of team member support on the relationship between abusive supervision and psychological capital. Theoretical and practical implications of these findings are discussed.
