基于灰关联分析的市场比较法改进研究

市场比较法具有简单易行和直观易懂的特点,在房地产估价中得到广泛的使用。但其估价的准确性十分依赖于因素的修正和比准价格的确定。在此,建立因素修正量化表,并引入灰关联分析,使得估价结果更加符合实际。最后通过实例计算表明,改进后的市场比较法精度有较大提高,较之其他改进方法具有操作简便的特点。     

基于GRA&BPNN的广西粮食产量预测研究

[目的]研究粮食产量的影响因素并以其相关性为基础预测粮食产量对实现广西粮食产业的"做强做优"具有重大意义。通常情况下粮食产量与种植技术发展水平、农田耕地面积、土地肥力、气候等诸多因素相关,但是在样本数据不足、数据间关联度不明显的情况下则无法采用回归分析、灰系统等常用预测方法。[方法]文章应用灰色关联分析方法得到水库水量、农田有效灌溉面积、第一产业从业人口、播种面积、除涝面积等5个与广西粮食产量关系最为密切的因子变量,同时取2004~2012年的数据作为学习、训练样本,以2013~2014年的数据为试报样本,并以此建立BP神经网络粮食预测模型。[结果]检验结果表明运用本模型预测粮食产量具有较高的精度和良好的泛化性。[结论]根据模型结果,该文提出提升广西粮食产业发展的可行性建议,即加强水库的管理、引导与粮食产业相关的产业、稳定粮食种植面积、加强洪涝灾害的防御和治理能力、推进农业信息化。     

Market opportunity analysis and evaluation of the expansion of air transport services across the Taiwan Strait

Air transport services across the Taiwan Strait are rapidly developing. Taiwanese airlines are therefore facing a critical decision as to whether to expand their scheduled services beyond saturated markets. The Taiwanese government is also concerned regarding airline operators' willingness to enter new markets for next-round negotiations concerning traffic rights. This study proposes an Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) framework for Taiwanese airlines based on a market opportunity analysis (MOA) to evaluate the determinants of potential service expansion. A novel rank pair-wise comparison (RPC) is used to measure the relative weights among determinants. It is found that service provision for Taiwanese merchants is the most vital factor. Flight quotas and allowed time slots also affect airlines' willingness to expand operations. Other determinants depend on the individual airlines' development background and operating size. This study also evaluates twelve airports in mainland China using grey relational analysis (GRA) to rank the entrant priorities for additional scheduled services.     

A novel interval-valued fuzzy MCDM method for improving airlines’ service quality in Chinese cross-strait airlines

This paper presents an effective approach based on combining VIKOR, GRA, and interval-valued fuzzy sets to evaluate service quality of Chinese cross-strait passenger airlines via customer surveys. The proposed approach can enable decision-makers to understand the gaps between alternatives and aspired levels. An empirical study is used to establish a complete service quality evaluation framework for reducing the gaps to achieve the aspired level. Based on the gaps in priorities, it can help an airline to identify its own strengths and weaknesses in specific areas of passenger service to further improve service quality.     

央行信息技术绩效审计研究——基于灰色关联分析的应用

本文在央行信息技术审计标准和框架基础上,运用灰色关联分析（Grey Relational Analysis,GRA）,对央行信息技术管理绩效体系的构建进行了分析,并探讨了信息技术绩效审计开展、审计评价、效益提高等问题.     

The Study on Optimization of Energy Structure in China

In the paper, the author analyzes the dependence of economic growth upon energy with the method of GRA （gray related analysis）. Through studying statistical figures, the author finds out the problems in energy structure. Finally, putting forward some advice to optimize energy structure.     

现代流通业效率指标体系的构建与评价——基于中国30个省际数据的比较分析

提高现代流通业的效率,有利于建立适应社会主义市场经济的城乡一体、竞争有序、统一开放、安全高效的现代流通体系,有利于加快国民经济发展速度,提高国民经济质量和效益。文章首先从投入、产出方面构建了现代流通业效率评价指标体系,并根据我国30个省市流通数据,运用GRA-DEA（灰色关联-数据包络）混合模型对我国现代流通业效率进行测度与评价。研究结果表明,流通业从业人员、流通业固定资产投资、货运量、公路里程、铁路里程、R&D经费是现代流通业效率的主要影响因素;2010-2012年我国现代流通业综合效率、技术效率呈现先降后升趋势,规模效率逐年上升;北京、天津、上海等省市现代流通业的投入产出结构相对合理,已达到效率最优状态,辽宁、浙江等省市流通资源配置没有实现最优组合,有较大提升空间。在此基础上,提出了相应的政策建议,并对未来的研究方向进行展望。     

A hybrid multi-criteria decision making approach for strategic retail location investment: Application to Turkish food retailing

Retail location selection decision is a critical and complex process which requires the evaluation and aggregation of multiple criteria and also the usage of appropriate data related to them. This study handles the problem at a strategic level and proposes a Monte Carlo simulation based multi-criteria strategic location decision model for food retailing. This model integrates two multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) methods which are Hesitant Analytic Hierarchy Process (H-AHP) and Grey Relational Analysis (GRA) methods. Firstly, H-AHP method is used to obtain the weights of criteria to be used in GRA based on the experts' judgements. Secondly, simulation based GRA is used for ranking the alternative locations. Finally, the effectiveness and the applicability of the proposed model is illustrated with an application of strategic location investment decision of food retail stores in Turkey.     

基于灰色关联的制造型企业ERP系统实施过程评价研究

根据制造型企业的特点,从企业资源计划(enterprise resource planning,ERP)系统实施过程中的阶段性成效和实施的关键成功因素角度建立ERP系统实施过程的评价指标体系。在指标体系的基础上利用灰色关联分析方法进行制造型企业ERP系统实施过程的评价。从而企业可以从影响实施过程成效的各个关键成功因素着手,分析实施过程中存在的问题,便于有效控制ERP项目实施的进度,不断地监控ERP项目实施的质量,及时发现并解决问题以保证正确的实施方向。     

我国钢铁行业的国际竞争力分析——基于灰色关联度和理想解法的组合评价

基于产业国际竞争力的四层次观点,构建了钢铁行业国际竞争力的评价指标体系。在该体系的基础上,选择世界上主要的6个钢铁生产大国与我国钢铁行业进行对比,尝试采用理想解和灰色关联度相结合的组合评价方法,分析各国钢铁行业的国际竞争力,寻找我国钢铁行业目前的优势和劣势。根据实证分析结果,提出了有关提高产业集中度和钢铁企业"走出去"的若干政策建议,以提高我国钢铁行业的国际竞争力。
