台湾审计制度的演变及其启示

台湾的审计制度在借鉴英美法系审计制度的优点的同时,形成了独具特色的审计监察化审计模式,中央与地方的审计机关都独立于行政系统之外,审计机关属于监察又独立于行政。台湾审计制度的整体变革,适应了快速变迁的社会情势与风险社会对审计制度构成的挑战,推进了政府法治的进程。我们应当借鉴其可取之处,形成合乎我国实际情况的审计体制与制度,提升反腐倡廉效果,提高政府效能。

As one of the most controversial literary figures among his generations,Allan Poe always tries to embroider the terrific effects from the auditory aspect,which can reinforce readers' understandings of the literary texts.This thesis explores the horrific effect of Poe's short stories from the narrative point of view.     

Eye-tracking evidence that happy faces impair verbal message comprehension: the case of health warnings in direct-to-consumer pharmaceutical television commercials

Risk warning or disclosure information in advertising is only effective in correcting consumers’ judgments if enough cognitive capacity is available to process that information. Hence, comprehension of verbal warnings in TV commercials may suffer if accompanied by positive visual elements. This research addresses this concern about cross-modality interference in the context of direct-to-consumer (DTC) pharmaceutical commercials in the United States by experimentally testing whether positive facial expressions reduce consumers’ understanding of the mandated health warning. A content analysis of a sample of DTC commercials reveals that positive facial expressions are more prevalent during the verbal warning act of the commercials than during the other acts. An eye-tracking experiment conducted with specially produced DTC commercials, which vary the valence of characters’ facial expressions during the health warning, provides evidence that happy faces reduce objective comprehension of the warning.

通过分析3例外耳道原发性腺样囊性癌的临床表现,探讨了外耳道原发性腺样囊性癌的诊断和治疗。结果表明,外耳道原发性腺样囊性癌早期诊断困难,术后局部易复发,治疗主要采用手术切除辅以放疗,术后应长期随访。     

The end of silence? Qualitative findings on corporate auditory identity from the UK

Sensory dimensions of corporate identity such as auditory identity are nearly absent in academic literature so far. This paper addresses this shortage by presenting qualitative findings from interviews with brand consultants and managers on the nascent topic of auditory identity. Findings include, inter alia, strong support for the construct definition of auditory identity as proposed in this paper. Moreover, factors driving corporate auditory identity management at an organisation are examined. Furthermore, based on the conceptual similarity between visual and auditory identity consequences as perceived by managers are discussed. Moreover, findings addressing type of company, type of business and industry sector are presented. Finally, findings advocating corporate auditory identity as a valid ingredient of corporate identity management are presented and academic and managerial implications are given.
