| 摘 要： | 随着产品服务化的兴起，物流外包的不断增长，与产品供应链相比，服务供应链一直未受到重视。但是随着服务业在我国国民经济中的重要性日益凸现，服务供应链的研究正在逐步成为供应链研究的新趋势。基于这样的一个背景，通过服务供应链基础理论的研究，分析了服务供应链的优越性，构建了以服务为基准，以服务供应商、服务集成商和最终客户为主体，柔性合同嵌入其中的服务供应链模型，从而可以保证服务和信息得以顺畅流通。
