The last aim of economic reform and economic development in those transitional systems is to work out the distorted ideology and methodology,the paradox between property rights and ownership system,and the conflict between spontaneous order and the constitutional framework in the economic activities.It is natural to find the road to the economic clockwise logic,and when we find it,e.g.,it is never impossible to make Great China become once again the world's largest economy in the 21st century.This discourse provides a general picture of the economic methodology,and especially stresses the ideology of the neo-classical economics and neo-institution economics.We take it for granted to abide by the two methodologies in economics research and economic practice.
