Research on Operating Meachanism of Forest Carbon Sink Trade

As the abnormal change of global climate, the carbon trading is a necessary way to promote the production mode of high pollution, high energy consumption, low carbon productivity to transform and upgrade. This paper describes the necessity of the implementation of carbon trading, defines the related concepts of carbon trading and the transaction subject, and then builds a forest carbon sink market operation mechanism, including the supply and demand mechanism, the price mechanism, the competition mechanism, the financing mechanism and the risk protection mechanism.
