| 摘 要： | 本文选取中国在股票市场上市的14家股份制商业银行作为分析样本，通过2006年年报中公布的数据，运用因子分析方法从盈利性、安全性、流动性和成长性四个方面对上市股份制商业银行的经营绩效进行了评价和排名，并联系评价情况提出提高商业银行经营绩效的政策建议。
