| 摘 要： | 2010年中央新疆工作座谈会确定了设立喀什经济特区的战略决策,喀什与中亚、南亚国家的投资与贸易往来日益增进。但从全疆第一扇中巴边贸人民币结算试点窗口看,受货币合作滞后等因素影响,喀什跨境贸易人民币结算业务发展缓慢,本文对此进行了调查研究并提出了相关建议。 |

| Abstract: | Owing to the strategic decision of setting up Kashi economic special zones in 2010 Central Xinjiang Working conference, Kashi has made significant increase in investment and trade with countries in Central Asia and South Asia. But the performance of the first pilot window of RMB settlement in Xinjiang region shows that RMB settlement in Kashi is quite slow due to factors like in- active monetary cooperation. Therefore, the article makes recommendations based on field survey. |
