| 摘 要： | 创新发展低碳金融是支持低碳经济的必然选择。欧盟在探索全球碳金融方面发挥了主导作用，而中国碳金融发展极其落后。文章在分析中国碳金融发展现状、面临的困境及存在的机遇的基础上，提出借鉴欧盟碳金融的经验来发展中国碳金融的对策。
