我国货币流动性失衡状况测度体系的构建与应用

本文在货币流动性失衡内涵界定的基础上,从总量和变动趋势两个层次构建指标来测度我国货币流动性状况,并应用到实践中,发现我国当前货币流动性的总量仍然偏多,只不过货币供给大于需求的趋势放缓,并进一步指出在全球经济危机的大背景下,如何有效疏导隐藏在商业银行体系中的过剩流动性是解决我国货币流动性失衡问题的关键。

The Establishment and Application of China’s System of Measuring the Imbalance on Monetary Liquidity

Based on the definition of monetary liquidity imbalance, through establishing and applying a set of measuring system from gross and change trend aspect, this paper discovers that at present, China still has too much monetary liquidity, but in a slowdown, and further points out that under the background of global financial crisis, guiding monetary liquidity in commercial banks toward the needed place would be the key to the solution of monetary liquidity imbalance.
