| 摘 要： | 河北省农村居民文化消费投入比重较低,消费结构单一,农民的文化生活单调。引导农村居民文化消费,培育农村文化消费市场,发展农村文化产业,建立健全农村公共文化服务体系,可在一定程度上可以加大农民文化消费投入,提高农民的素质,从而推动农村社会生活进步,加快新农村建设步伐。

| Abstract: | The cultrual consumption of countryside in Hebei has the problem of low investment, single structure and monotonous life. We should conduct their cultural consumption, nurture the consuming market, develop the cultural industry and build up sound servicing system of the public culture with the purpose of impelling the cultural investment, enhancing the quality and promoting the social advancement of the farmers. |
