摘 要: | 目前西方国家比较常用的两种主要长期激励方式是:股票期权和EVA分红计划。本文对其中之一的EVA分红计划模式进行了探讨。通过对EVA分红计划的内容、比较优势等方面的详细分析,得出EVA分红计划是目前对我国上市公司经营者长期激励的一种较为有效的方式。

Abstract: | The two main methods of the executive' s salary inspiration used currently in western countries as follows: the stock option and EVA melon - cutting plan, and the later method is discussed in this paper. The conclusion that the EVA melon - cutting plan is an efficient method of the executive' s salary inspiration of publicly listed forms in China, is based on the analysis of the factors of EVA melon - cutting plan such as its contents, advantages and feasibilities. |
