孤东KD641块腐蚀原因及防治措施研究

摘    要:针对孤东KD641区块出现的腐蚀问题,开展了腐蚀原因分析,通过对不同腐蚀因素开展实验研究找出了该区块的腐蚀原因。同时针对腐蚀因素研制了缓蚀剂,现场试验2口井,结果表明:影响该区块的腐蚀因素主要有氯离子、溶解氧、二氧化碳和细菌4种腐蚀因素。针对这些因素开发了缓蚀剂,现场应用后,可使腐蚀速率由原来的0.242 3mm/a下降到0.034 7mm/a,见到了良好的防腐效果。

Study on Causes and Prevention Measures of KD641 Block Corrosion
Abstract:The causes leading to KD641 block corrosion are analyzed. It is shown that chloride ion, dissolved oxygen, carbon dioxide and bacterial are main factors leading to KD641 block corrosion. The corresponding corrosion inhibitor is developed according to the corrosion causes. The field application results show that the corrosion inhibitor can make corrosion rate reduce from 0.242 3mm/a to0.034 7mm/a, and a good corrosion prevention effect is achieved.
