管式间接蒸发冷却器增强传热的研究

摘    要:本文结合间接蒸发冷却技术和强化传热技术,分析了几种增强管式间接蒸发冷却器传热的行之有效的方法。包括采用优质管材,对换热管外壁进行特殊结构处理,在换热管外涂敷亲水性涂层,设计合理的布水系统和在喷淋水中添加润湿剂。

Abstract:Based on indirect evaporative cooling and heat transfer enhancement technology,several effective methods of enhancement of heat transfer of TIEC were researched intensively.These concrete measures includ that selecting better tube material,special treatment of heat exchanging tube,coating hydrophilic membrane on aluminum foil surface,designing reasonable influent distribution system and adding wetting agent in spray water.
