摘    要:激励是指激发员工的工作动机,使员工努力去完成组织的任务,进而实现组织的目标。本文通过对建筑工程公司员工工作特点和问题的分析,指出在建筑工程公司加强员工激励的重要性,进而对如何激励建筑工程公司员工提出建议。

Abstract:Incentive refers to motivating the work motivation for employees, making employees work hard to fulfill its mission, thus achieves organizational goals. Through the analysis of working characteristics and the problems of employees in construction engineering company, this article points out the importance of strengthening employee motivation, and proposes suggestion on how to encourage employees in construction engineering company.
