| Abstract: | Incentive refers to motivating the work motivation for employees, making employees work hard to fulfill its mission, thus achieves organizational goals. Through the analysis of working characteristics and the problems of employees in construction engineering company, this article points out the importance of strengthening employee motivation, and proposes suggestion on how to encourage employees in construction engineering company. |
