| 摘 要： | 为了更好地体现高职院校在终身教育领域的优势,特别结合现代化企业生产模式设计出"模块化"技能培训方式。这种培训方式使学员在掌握技能的同时,培养了学员独立解决问题的能力和协作能力,获得了个人的长足发展。经过理论与实践的验证,这种技能培训方式具有较强的可行性。

| Abstract: | In the process of facilitating life-long education,the skill training modularization is a new way,which is designed to reflect the advantages of technology institute.This skill training not only enables students to master skills,but also brings up their abilities of independence and collaboration.It makes them get the extended development of the individual and it was verified by theory and practice that the feasibility would be improved. |
