大学英语网络自主学习中元认知能力的培养

运用认知心理学的研究成果，结合语言学习策略研究的理论与实践，探讨在多媒体和网络环境下的英语教学中培养学生元认知能力的途径。分析了元认知的结构与特点，论述了元认知与自主学习的关系，结合对学生元认知能力的调查，指出在大学英语网络自主学习中，为了使学生能够有效地管理学习过程，有必要培养学生的元认知能力，并就此提出了培养元认知能力的具体方法和步骤。
