农村基础设施可持续建设评价指标的选取

为实现农村基础设施建设的可持续发展,引入主成分分析法,给出评价指标选取的步骤,并以环境类2级评价指标为例,结合陕西省农村基础设施建设的实际情况,进行了实证研究。计算各种备选评价指标的方差贡献率和累计方差贡献率,对备选评价指标进行适当取舍。通过指标选取,建立合理的评价指标体系,保证农村基础设施建设在技术实施层面上符合环境、能源和经济等方面的复合要求。

Selection of Sustainable Development Index about Rural Infrastructure

In order to realize sustainable development about rural infrastructure,the principal component analysis is introduced to this study to give the evaluation index selection of steps.Combined with the actual conditions of Shaanxi rural infrastructure construction,we carry on empirical study by taking the evaluation index of environmental class two levels for example.By means of calculation of variance contribution and accumulated variance contribution of various alternative evaluation index,the appropriate ones can be choosed.According to it,a reasonable evaluation index system will be builded to ensure the compound requirement for rural infrastructure construction of environment,energy and economy at the level of the technology implementation.
