| 摘 要： | 依据土地利用的特点和影响因素，建立土地利用发展方向指标评价体系；用层次分析法（AHP），计算各指标的权重，并对辽阳市土地利用发展方向进行评价；该方法科学、实用，对土地资源的合理利用和保护具有指导意义。

| Abstract: | This article presented an index system and a method for evaluating the use of the land.The indexes were chosen according to the properties and the factors effect on the land.The values of weighing relative importance of the indexes were computed by the AHP(The Analytic Hierarchy Process)and the use of the land was evaluated by the method of the multi-indexes.As a result,this experience showed that the method and the index system were scientific and available. |
