| 摘 要： | 由于技术手段的限制,上轮土地利用总体规划在基本农田的划定工作中存在诸多问题。以成都市龙泉驿区为例,应用ArcGIS软件强大的空间分析功能,对龙泉驿区基本农田和基本农田保护区进行了划定。研究成果保证了新一轮土地利用总体规划修编的科学性,对龙泉驿区土地利用总体规划修编的基本农田划定工作有着指导性意义。 |

| Abstract: | Because of the limitation of technical means,many problems exist in the last round of general land use planning in terms of the basic farmland delimitation.Taking the area of Longquanyi in Chengdu as an example,this paper applies the strong spatial analysis function of ArcGIS software to the delimitation of the basic farmlands in that area.The results of this research ensure the scientific quality of the new round of general land use planning and have an instructional significance to the general land use planning in the area of Longquanyi. |
