| 摘 要： | 中国食品冷链市场的建设滞后导致数量惊人的食品浪费并且带来了极大的食品安全隐患。在我国食品冷链物流产业迎来巨大发展机遇的同时也暴露出其发展的瓶颈。文章运用SWOT方法对我国冷链物流发展现状及内外环境进行了分析，找出了我国冷链物流发展面临的机遇和挑战。并针对冷链物流现阶段存在的问题提出了我国冷链发展的基本对策。
