河北省集体林权制度改革成效分析

通过对河北省集体林权制度改革背景及进程的研究,分别从农户经营林业、林业经济增长和林业生态建设三方面分析并评价了河北省集体林权制度改革的成效,结果表明清晰的私有林业产权制度,对林业发展具有积极作用,但是在改革中仍然存在配套措施不健全,生态效益补偿机制不完善等问题,有待于改革的进一步深化。

Analysis on the Effectiveness of the Reform of Collective Forest Rights in Hebei Province
