| 摘 要： | 本文在回顾西方组织生态学理论的相关文献的基础上,首先将组织生态学的发展历史分为四个阶段,并指出四个阶段该理论的主要特点和贡献。其次,本文以四个概念为核心,分析目前组织生态理论中存在的一些主要问题。最后,指出组织生态理论未来的发展方向。 |
