高职物流管理专业人才培养中存在的主要问题与对策

高职物流管理专业是培养高技能物流人才的重要基地，为了更好发挥它在培养物流人才中的作用，进一步完善高职物流人才培养机制，通过对我国20多所高职院校物流管理专业的调查分析，发现当前高职物流管理专业人才培养中存在的主要问题有：专业建设思路指导思想有些模糊、课程体系和教学内容设置不尽合理、教材选用等方面有待完善、教学条件需进一步加强、师资力量较薄弱等.要解决这些问题的主要对策是：进一步理清专业建设的思路、加强课程体系的建设、改革教学方法和教学手段、加强师资建设.
