| 摘 要： | 重庆是全国六个老工业基地之一,工业在全市经济中的地位举足轻重。完成工业的战略性结构调整和产业升级,是重庆“十五”期间的一项重要战略任务。文章从重庆工业经济现实基础;工业结构调整的内部制约因素;工业结构调整的国内环境;工业结构调整的国际环境;加入WTO对工业结构调整的影响等方面,初步对“十五”期间影响重庆工业结构调整的制约因子进行分析,以期有助于确定和实施“十五”重庆工业战略性结构调整。

| Abstract: | Chongqing is one of six old industrial bases in China, and the industry occupies a decisive position in Chongqing eco-nomic. This is an important strategic job that to complete to revise and escalate for industrial structure. This try to analyses onconditions about revise industrial structure of Chongqing during this time of The Tenth five-year Plant from the actual base of in-dustrial economic of Chongqing, the internal conditions for to revise industrial structure,the domestic situation, the world situa-tion and the influence of WTO, and to dostrategic revise industrial structure in Chongqing. |
