| 摘 要： | 循环经济是一种新型的经济发展模式和发展理念，是对传统发展模式和理念的一场革命。发展循环经济，在促进资源的高效利用和循环利用，实现可持续发展方面。具有十分重要的意义。本文从循环经济的基础理论入手，阐述了广州市发展循环经济的重要意义，提出了广州市发展循环经济的思路和对策。
