项目管理中的时间成本探讨

本文认为时间是有价值的,并且时间应该作为一种成本在项目管理中得到充分重视,所以作者尝试从时间的角度,以时间作为成本度量的单位与核心来研究项目成本,分析了项目时间成本的时间表示和货币表示两种表现形式以及相互关系;并且分析提出了项目时间成本的三个组成部分,即项目时间固定成本、项目时间损失成本、项目时间比较成本;进一步分析了项目时间成本概念的引入在项目管理中的作用,以期挖掘与凸现时间对项目管理的影响。

Discussion on Time Cost of Project Management

This paper thinks that time is valuable and time should be considered as a kind of cost and given enough regard in project management. So the writer tries to analyze project cost from the aspect of time, and use time as measuring unit and researching core. The writer analyses the time representation and currency representation of project time cost and their relationship at the same time, put forward three parts of project time cost, which are time fixed cost, time lost cost and time compare cost, and analyses more a-bout the effect of introducing project time cost in project management, in order to find out and emphasize the influence and function of time in a project.
