| 摘 要： | 专业带头人教师队伍建设是高职院校师资队伍建设的基础，也是高职院校发展的关键所在，抓好专业带头人队伍建设是加强师资队伍建设的重中之重。该文从高职院校专业带头人建设的必要性、专业带头人的素质、任务、培养途径和管理等方面进行了论述，并提出了具体建议。
