| Abstract: | Firstly, this paper analyses the effect of the Growing Polar Theory and the mode of its application, and then makes a SWOT analysis on the basis of present developing actuality of the region of Ningzhenyang, Based on the deep research of the growing polar theory, a three - level mode of regional tourism cooperation is proposed. |
