| 摘 要： | 虽然关于产业集群中社会资本的定义和分类仍然存在分歧,但社会资本对产业集群的积极作用已经得到广泛认同:社会资本能够促进产业集群形成,能够提升产业集群的竞争能力及优势,并且对产业集群创新机制具有正面影响。产业集群与社会资本的研究越来越受到关注,现有文献主要是在产业集群相关研究中涉及社会资本,缺乏对产业集群与社会资本的专门研究,并且对社会资本的负面影响研究不足。
