The Positive Analysis of the Influence of Peasant Income and Distribution Fluctuation on Consumption Demand

Rural consumption plays an important role in the economic growth.This paper draws that income has a positive correlation with consumption level and is the most direct and decisive factor affecting peasant consumption by a positive analysis.To increase peasant income may have a positive effect on improving consumption level and activating consumption market in rural areas.There certainly exist many unfavorable conditions right now restricting peasant income and consumption from further development such as low urbanization level,difficult agricultural labor transfer,sluggish non-agricultural development and enlarged income distribution gap,efc.
