我国东部发达地区县级市城市化质量研究——以江苏省常熟市为例

当前我国东部区域如长三角、珠三角以及京津冀等发达地区已经率先步入到了城市化稳定发展的崭新阶段,其城市化战略的核心内容也相应地由城市化数量水平的提高转变为城市化质量的全面提升。根据城市化发展的新内涵、新趋势与新动力,以江苏省常熟市为例,分析我国东部发达地区县级市在城市化发展的后期阶段所遇到的诸多城市化质量问题与矛盾,并从经济发展、城市生活、社会发展、基础设施、生态环境以及城乡统筹等方面构建起我国县级市城市化质量的评估体系,在此基础上进一步提出发达地区县级市城市化质量提升的总体发展策略与实施路径。
