摘    要:劳动者所有权形态完整与否对劳动者产生不同影响。现阶段应尽可能完善劳动者所有权形态,让经营者获取与贡献相配的激励与报酬,提高劳动者的积极性。

Abstract:Whether the formation of laborers' ownership is perfect has a different influence on laborers. Nowadays, the formation of laborers' ownership should be perfect as possible as we can to upgrade the laborers incentive, making the laborers obtain incentive and remuneration according to their contribution.
