| Abstract: | The meaning of valuation and enterprise valuation is evaluated. It is the sum of the value of profit-making capability on the present basis and the value of potential profit-maklng chance. The popular appraisal methods are analysised and evaluated. The Discounted-Cash-Flow method is an appraisal method that embodies fair valuation. |
