| 摘 要： | 中小企业是浙江省境外投资的主力军。本文通过对这些中小企业的跨国经营状况进行分析，找出了制约浙江省中小企业跨国经营的因素。并在此基础上提出了几种适合浙江省中小企业跨国经营的策略。

| Abstract: | Small and medium -sized enteiprises are the backbones for foreign investments in Zhejiang Province. By analyzing the management in these international enterprises, this paper finds out the factors hindering the management of these enterprises and proceeds to raise some suitable strategies. |
