行为控制理论的研究路径及其拓展

人类行为的发生是受各种因素影响的,也是有规律的。对这些因素的科学分析和规律性的把握,可以预测、改变和控制人的行为,行为控制理论即着眼于行为控制。它基本遵循心理学和管理学行为控制研究两条基本路径,尤以管理学对行为控制研究为主。行为控制领域涉及企业行为、政府行为以及教育领域等。在以人为本的21世纪,行为控制理论拥有较大的发展空间,呈现学科交叉化、理论体系化和方法模型化的趋势。

The Research Approaches to Behavior Control Theory

Although there are many factors influencing human behavior,it can be still conclueded the ways of forecasting,modifying and controlling of it.The theory of behavior control is one about behavior control system.There are two approaches,psychological approach and management approach,between which the later is more important.Behavior control is related to enterprise behavior,government behavior and education behavior,etc.In the 21st century,human-centered behavior control theory will be furthur developed,characterized by subject intercoss,systemation and modelization.
